My husband and I stayed here while we awaited a visa process. Right next to the consulate, across the street from a mall with a movie theater, plus many restaurants in walking distance. The room was small and basic but clean, if a bit worn (much more 'worn down' than other Ibis hotels I've stayed at). The staff were nice... More

I paid 185.00 for 6 days 5 nights for a full size bed very small but comfy with hotel.com which was a great price. The rooms are very small but clean. I requested a handicap accessible room since I placed the reservation 6 week in advance And, they did not have one available when I got here or during my... More

My husband and I stayed here for over a week. Its nice but small. Great for 2 ppl but not for more. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you are going for consular processing, its a good place to stay. Everything is in walking distance. The mall is also close by! I would stay here again. I just wished... More

Horrible service! Rooms are so crappy, they look nice but then you go to the bathroom and it stinks! heater does not work, and if you plan to stay check yer shampoo dispenser! Mine didn't work even after we call to complain. The worst is the food at the bar. They're so limited on what they have and is microwaveable... More

My husband, our 8 mo daughter and I stayed in this hotel for 1 week. When we checked in I mentioned to the front desk that I reserved a crib in my reservation. I was told if I wanted a crib there was a $1000 pesos refundable deposit. Really? For a crib? We thought that it was ridiculous and didn't... More

Small rooms, but clean and close to the American consulate as well as the newest Mall in Juarez, 5 minutes from the bus station and 20 minutes from the airport, if you are by yourself is ok, if you have family you may want to try something a little bit more expensive

This is a very basic hotel, nothing fancy, nothing big, but is very well put together and its in a prime location for Visa applicants, i decided to go with this hotel because I read somewhere they had a Visa consultant (front desk didn't believe this was my only reason) but he never showed up I was there MON-TUS, if... Im a 19 year old female. This is my first time in Juarez actually first time in Mexico. I booked this hotel because it is so close to the consular clinics and consulate. It's safe and gated. I feel very comfortable here. The rooms are small but very decent. The hotel it self is very nice. The service has been... More

The Ibis Juarez is a typical Ibis Hotel, no Frills, but a friendly Service and clean Room. We had to spend only one Night there and for this Reason it was fully ok to go there. Room was very simple outfitted - as usual in this Hotels - but we already used to be and that was fully ok for... More

We were looking for a hotel in Juarez since we had never been there we did not know how safe the city was, we looked into this hotel since it was gated and you had to check in with a security office at the front gate, seemed just fine. To our surprise we did not check the rooms just decided... More
