Staff needs more training on being more friendly towards guest and attentive to their needs. Hallways were not clean, they did not have a vacuum cleaner and had to use a broom. Add carpet padding to halls

Very nice experience staying at this hotel located in Cd. Juarez Mex. The service was excellent by very courteous people! The rooms are clean and beautiful. The location is perfect for the people that goes to the U.S. consulate, the U.S. consulate it's located just around the corner from the hotel.

I enjoyed the stay, it was extremely close to the american consulate. The beds were a bit small, so try choosing the bigger beds in the options. Buy food and drinks outside the hotel, the drinks i purchased from the bar (sodas) were quite expensive.

The hotel is in a nice location right in front the US consulate. The first night the blankets had hairs and stains on them. For the price I figured at least that much we deserved. Dirty counters and floors even after I ran into the housekeeper and saved her work told her to leave the bed and towels but to... More

I was at this hotel in August of 2013. It was a great choice. It was very close to the consulate. It was my first time in Mexico, I didn't know what to expect but my stay here was just great I felt very safe. A plus about thus hotel that I had wifi internet access at all times! If... More

My husband and I stayed here while we awaited a visa process. Right next to the consulate, across the street from a mall with a movie theater, plus many restaurants in walking distance. The room was small and basic but clean, if a bit worn (much more 'worn down' than other Ibis hotels I've stayed at). The staff were nice... More

I paid 185.00 for 6 days 5 nights for a full size bed very small but comfy with hotel.com which was a great price. The rooms are very small but clean. I requested a handicap accessible room since I placed the reservation 6 week in advance And, they did not have one available when I got here or during my... More

My husband and I stayed here for over a week. Its nice but small. Great for 2 ppl but not for more. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you are going for consular processing, its a good place to stay. Everything is in walking distance. The mall is also close by! I would stay here again. I just wished... More

Horrible service! Rooms are so crappy, they look nice but then you go to the bathroom and it stinks! heater does not work, and if you plan to stay check yer shampoo dispenser! Mine didn't work even after we call to complain. The worst is the food at the bar. They're so limited on what they have and is microwaveable... More

My husband, our 8 mo daughter and I stayed in this hotel for 1 week. When we checked in I mentioned to the front desk that I reserved a crib in my reservation. I was told if I wanted a crib there was a $1000 pesos refundable deposit. Really? For a crib? We thought that it was ridiculous and didn't... More
