Low price...poor service. TV's from the 90's that you actually need to pull out from the entertainment center to be able to watch it from your bed. Wi-Fi almost non existent and when you have it, is extremely slow. Room was actually clean and not that bad. Asked for suggestion on good dinning near the hotel and their advise was... More

I rated the hotel average to be fair. We stayed two nights and will actually stay...here...again. The good: If you are going to the manufacturing facilities of the area this is pretty near (same road actually). Has a Pemex Station across the road if you need gas. Good parking security. The bad: A bit of a drive to the US... More

I stayed at the hotel casa grande in ciudad Juarez. If you're staying there for consulate reasons I would highly advise against staying here do to the location and bad service. The stores are not close by and the hotel charges you for local calls. there are two phones in the room that are a complete waste because you can't... More

I agree entirely with the other positive comments posted here. Friendly, helpful, and mostly English-speaking staff. Clean. The only negative I can think of is that it's on a busy boulevard, and there are a lot of sirens at night. If you're coming from El Paso, here's some useful logistical information. A taxi from the south end of the Paso... More

I just came back from a week stay at Casa Grande and I must say this is one of the hotels in Juarez that has left me with lots of surprises. The rooms are very confortable, the bathrooms extremely clean. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Jose Luis the driver is always welcoming with a smile. Will do what... More

The hotel was very affordable for being considered a higher-star accomodation. We spent about $55/night. The Breakfast Juice & Yogurt Bar is included with your stay, however if you want the full breakfast buffet it is an additional $6 per day. The rooms were very clean and it was very convenient that our 3-day church event was being held just... More

we stayed for a week at this hotel. spacious rooms, nice people, but what i loved the most was the breakfast buffet. there is a grocery store right in front of it and the bus station is relly close too. About 4-6mts away from the Consulate. And a choffer that can take you. Good for the price!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions. We were in Juarez for immigration purposes and even though it didn't go as well as we planned, we still had a memorable experience with the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. There is a nice office down stairs for the guest but we used the wi-fi... More

I stayed here the night of January 1 due to an early flight out of the Ciudad Juarez airport the next morning. I paid $64/night on their website, no problems at check-in. I was hoping to stay at the Camino Real nextdoor but it was $100 more a night - not worth it. I've stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn... More
