I booked through one of the online travel sites for $59. Great room with al the comforts: ironing board, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker, alarm clock. Located right next to the Church and Plaza and close to everything. Room was very comfortable. more

This was a very nice hotel to stay at for our short trip to Chihuahua. It was very comfortable, the rooms were very neat and clean. It had an up to date feel and tasteful decorating throughout the hotel. The staff was very accomodating and if you aren't a Spanish speaker, many do speak English. A few things to consider:... more

The hotel was great! We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. At times communication was trying because we speak about six words in spanish. The hotel was clean and we were upgraded to a suite because no other rooms were available at check in time. The hotel is right next to the beautiful cathedral and located next... more

Great Location next to the Cathedral. Walking distance for shopping and sightseeing. Very good restaurant down stairs. Piano bar with nice music, cocktails and refreshments. Free transportation to the airport. Dont forget to tell them if you will be needing it when you register. If you book through the internet you get better prices. more

Four Stars! The staff, accomodations and restaraunt were all great! Upon an early arrival the front desk quickly arranged a room for me and they were helpful in locating a currency exchange nearby. The lobby is very hospitable with a comfortable sitting area and a bar. While the bathroom was tiny it was fortuitous - the wall facing the toilet... more

We had a 4am wake up call so we could get to the airport for a 6:30am flight. To our surprise there was no hot water for a morning shower. We let it run for about 20 minutes and still no hot water. Hotel is centeraly located but our room was in need of remodeling. The room was equivalent to... more

I stayed 2 days here for my departure and return from the Copper Canyon railroad. It is in a convenient location near the main Cathedral and Plaza. Service in the hotel was good and staff very accommodating. The food was definitely more authentic Mexican than in the hotels at the Copper Canyon since Chihuahua caters more to businessmen than tourists.... more

The location is indeed a good one (although there isn't that much of interest to see in this city). However, this hotel can hardly bill itself as a 5 star hotel. We arrived to be told that we had no reservation (despite a confirmed booking through Expedia), and were told that the only available junior suite was a smoking room.... more

Located right behind the the local Cathedral and a block from the plaza in the city center, this is a good place to stay when in Chihuahua, which is a remarkably clean and modern city of one million. The restaurant is a good place for breakfast. If you want a good margarita, don't look for it here, or, for that... more

We arrived by bus (Bus-line Norte del Este) from Divisadero, Copper Canyon. The terminal is on 14th Ave and we walked the few blocks to the hotel. The room had 2 double beds, sky TV and was comfortable but standard of finish in bathroom was mediocre. The breakfast buffet was not very nice and the coffee was like water. more
