Mary and I used Guacamayas as our base to visit Paquime and Mata Ortiz. The staff was most helpful and La Dona was superb in pointing us to the sites in the area, showing and explaining the fine points of Mata Ortiz pottery and potters as well as Paquime cultural details. more
