My husband and I went to TJ for a dentist appointment, the hotel offers safe blue taxis to take you to any where. The price is reasonable and they ara able to pick you up upon request. The taco shops and restaurants are around the corner and two block away from the hotel. There is no coffee maker, but there... More

My daughter and I have stayed at the Palacio Azteca many times and have always been very satisfied. On our last visit we were in a lovely seventh floor room. It was well appointed, including a room safe, spacious and clean. The large windows could be opened and there was expansive view of the city . The two queen sized... More

When we booked our trip to Tijuana for my wife's surgery, the medical tourism company told us we would be staying at the Marriott. Two days before our trip they called us to let us know that the Marriott was overbooked, and we would be moved to the Palacio Azteca. Initially we were nervous about being switched from a "name... Very nice room despite lack of room safe - room 626. Very quiet at night and enjoyed the huge tub. Approx $6 cab ride both to medical clinics near frontiers and the huge shopping mall at Plaza Rio, which is worthy of a review all of its own...breakfast was expensive at $12 but had great selection and I have never... My friends and I stayed here for two nights. Clean hotel. Friendly service. The breakfast buffet was great. Safe neighborhood. We walked for taco's 2 blocks away which were great. We walked to the mall and even to some bars locally. Felt completely safe and we are a bunch of US east coasters. I speak some Spanish but had no... More

We celebrated my Grandmothers 100th Birthday and we got 10 rooms. We have never stayed in a Hotel in Tijuana and we did not expect too much. As soon as we arrived the bell boy took all our belonging to our room. They have a modern decor in the lobby area and the rooms were a nice size and very... More

This hotel was nice and clean. We initially had issues with our reservation and the manager kindly stepped in and helped us out. We ate breakfast and the food and service were great. The kids also enjoyed the pool. I felt very safe and enjoyed this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting TJ.

This was my first time at this hotel and I liked a lot because it was clean, the room was nice, great bathroom and shower, quiet, nice pool and relaxing patio!
