This is the second time I stay at this hotel. It's a nicer hotel and got a good deal. It is close to Revolución, and Rio. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Request a room with view of the pool. It's much nicer. The bad is that check in took too long and we had a reservation. The bell hop... More

Checked in during a fairly busy (USA) holiday weekend. I'm not sure about the expectations for the positive reviews, but my experience was nothing short of 'run away'. Coming from the USA, it's a short drive from the border, right between the two sides of a main highway. My issues with this property: - Could not locate my prepaid reservation... More

The hotel sits between two main/busy roads. They stick naive customers on the back half. Traffic is directly next to/under ALL rooms on the back half of the hotel - does not matter what floor. It is a main road with several stops lights so you get used to the timing every 2 or 3 min of the lights turning... More

Dear Guest, we are very sorry that your experience in Tijuana and in our hotel was not of your satisfaction. We also regret that the double glass the windows have in the rooms was not enough for you to avoid external noise. About the ATM issue, actually it was working and its surprises me you could not get money with... More

We stayed here two nights. The staff were so courteous and friendly, parking was free and security patrolling regularly. We were greeted with smiles every day and the front desk were always so helpful and some could speak English wonderfully. Restaurant is a must-go-to. The food is delicious and authentic and the prices are more than reasonable. For two of... More

I was in Tijuana to see a concert in the Plaza Monumental and needed a hotel. I looked through the reviews of this hotel as many of us do... and said OK.... sounds good enough to me. When I crossed the border and took a taxi, the driver knew exactly where the hotel was and it's name. When I arrived... More

I have stayed here twice in the past two months. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and clean. The food is very good and the bar is friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The Palacio Azteca Hotel is one of the better places to stay in Tijuana. The rooms are clean and well equipped with free Wifi, flatscreen TV with dish, comfortable beds, closets, and toiletries. There is free valet parking, a fully stocked bar and restaurant off of the lobby, a swimming pool, and elevator service to seven floors of rooms. Across... More
