Great location - BUT, it is noisy at night from all the outside "fun". Very friendly staff; great food in the restaurant. The room was really comfortable, nice bed. I didn't have hot water in the shower both in the evening and in the morning but even without that and the noise, I'd probably still stay here again due to... More

I go here when there's a little extra to spend, but it's still quit cheap compared to a comparable hotel in San Diego. Towards the far end of Revo, it's still withing walking/stumbling distance to whatever club you want to visit. Pretty good food in the grill, but better street tacos on the corner out front. Professional staff, clean and... More

TJ currently is full of street construction, closed off accesses, and one-way streets. This place you can find with a map and a compass. I usually stay here because the price is cheapest of the "better" hotels, not in the middle of the foot traffic, and still close enough to walk to the tourist areas and also drive to many... More

This place is a joke. As soon as you walk in is nice but it all goes downhill from there. Customer service is rude, basically they told me that all my concerns about the reservations should be addressed with booking.com not them. Helpful, right? The first thing we notice is that the carpet is extremely dirty with stains, the lights... More

I had high expectations based on the TripAdvisor reviews I had read, so it’s unfortunate that this turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From the top: - When I checked in to the hotel, I told the receptionist that I had already paid via Expedia. She said no... More

I waited to write this review to review my credit card statement to see if I was charged for anything extra. We reserved the most expensive room... it was right above the disco, that ran full blast until 6am. Then when the disco did shut down they were separating (or something) bottles into big barrels, breaking them as they went... More

What a pleasant surprise! This is a great hotel in downtown Tijuana. Rooms were clean and well appointed. I stayed in a suite which had an amazing jacuzzi tub and very comfy bed. I did not eat at the restaurant though it looked lovely. You can also order room service and there is free parking. Amazing value for the price.... More

Our first time to Tijuana from Australia and what a surprise this hotel is. Definately 4 star. The room is excellent, very clean and fitted out very nice. We have 2 double beds which are very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, nothing has been too much to ask. A highlight is definately the restaurant where the food tastes... More
