When I was here, the wifi wasn't working, and the AC wasn't very strong. But, this place is a great value, has secure (and free) parking, the staff speaks English well, and the rooms are clean- but expect Motel 6 type quality.

I've made countless trips to Tijuana, and me and my buddies have stayed here multiple times. Although the rooms are a bit dated, I think overall, not bad for the price. When you travel with a bunch of guys, the hotel isn't the focal point, because we spend most of the day in the town. Staying here is fine, only... More

Clean rooms, good service. There is off street parking, and full time security on site. While this is not a five star hotel, it is not a five star price either. You will find a very nice and quiet bar upstairs, which is very well appointed with an appealing wood and mirror interior. There is also a very nice restaurant... More

I stayed here 2 nights in January 2014. The location is excellent, being on Madero, one block over from Av Revolution, where most of the town's attractions are centered. The hotel is laid out "motel" style with rooms on two levels, overlooking a courtyard. This courtyard is at right angles to the road so most of the rooms are well... More

If you want a midrange American-style hotel, then look to this old-style businessman's hotel right behind the jai alai fronton in the heart of the tourist districtin Zona Centro. I tend to travel on the cheap, and i am not as fastidious as many travelers. The Zaragoza offers covered parking with a uniformed guard on duty 24 hours to watch... More

Never stay at this dump. The front desk help SUCKS the MANAGER REY would not give me his last name. Would not give me a business card. I ask for another managers name he would only give first names no cards. When I informed them of my problems they never showed up to fix them. They would not change my... More

I normally don't write these- My Experience, Clean, but a musty smeel in our room ( the carpet looked like it go wet at one time, dur probably to a bathroom overflow). I book the King Suite for $48.00, and we got a queen. The guy at the front desk explained they had no more kings, but the queen is... More

This hotel is located right behind forum jai ajai. Nice and quiet location, security guard at night, so you car is safe. They have an ice machine, wifi. Prices are very high for you get, paid $80, excl tax for a room with 2 beds. Then rooms were in major need of repair and remoldeling. I did see one room... More

recently stayed 4 nights at Hotel Zaragoza while in Tijuana having surgery at Angeles Hospital. I'm a 50-something female traveling solo and felt safe at this hotel. It was in a quieter area near the Jai Alai stadium and close to the major attractions. I was very satisfied with the hotel and room for the internet price of $45 nightly.... More
