The hotel is in remodeling process, and they accept passengers, therefore they need to understand, that during winter, the heater is a must. Th e room was freezing, called Maintenance twice, 0 results. We paid $100 for the night, and was terrible. On top, rooms lack a carpet, so to go to the restroom, was a horrible experience.

I am currently staying at the Camino Real Tijuana. I got a good rate through their own webpage, while doing the reservation I called their 800 number and learned that the rates they offer over the phone are way higher than the ones on the internet, which made me thing that was a good idea. When I got to the... More

This hotel is extremely disappointing. It's under renovation, so there's a ton of noise; there's no coffee makers, or refrigerators in any room, walls are paper thin, elevators are dirty & scratched with graffiti, and the staff is either friendly or won't go out of their way to accommodate anything. I had to have someone look at my shower twice... More

Location is perfect and has excellent meeting rooms for business, congresses or workshops. Certainly rooms are getting a little old but I noticed they are working on that, sadly I got an old one. Service is really nice, people is warm and ready to help.

Hotel itself its not bad, but you can tell its been there for quite a while, location its pretty good, a few minutes away from the border crossing. Normally the price they have its ok, but you have to remember that this hotel chain its considered to be a 4 star. The crew of this hotel its quite outstanding, always... More

The hotel does not have the same quality standards as other Camino Real hotels. Maintenance should be improve and the rugs should be washed to eliminate odors. Breakfast has a lot of variety. The hotel is in a good area in TJ.

Hotel situated about a 15minuye walk from main strip, so doable at day, but taxi by night. The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. Restaurant was also good. It's more of a business hotel, as doesn't have a pool, but gym was good. Rooms themselves were spacious and cool. Fridge was really dirty, but that was only issue with whole... More

Nice hotel in Tijuana with a great location, five minutes away from the international border, the rooms are big and clean. We had a little bit of concern about the service, we request 2 towels, and we never get them, I had to make a one minute call within Tijuana, and the front desk agent ask me for a 80... More
