I love this hotel, is clean, excellent service, good location, room is big. My granddaughters were enchanted to stay itself in this place, until want to return to return soon but. The bathroom is of very good size, the beds are very comfortable, the best in the city.

My parents and I decided to visit TJ for 2 nights. The hotel was easy to locate after crossing the border. An Oxxo which is similar to a seven eleven is right next door. The staff was curtious, the buffet was tasty with lots of seasonal fruits, omelets and mexican breakfast fare. The hotel hall ways need a revamping.. they... More

Nice location, felt safe, across the road from a store... Had 3 restaurants of different styles, definantly a 5 star for Mexico! Escalators, parking on site, elevators.... staff was attentive and room was clean/comfy.

If you want comfort and sleep go to the Marriott. Location is the only good thing about this hotel. Constant traffic on the roundabout outside hotel, noisy corridors, old and shabby decor. Not a good experience

The bad The entire hotel looks like it needs some major maintenance. The elevators have graffiti etched all over, the hallways are dirty, the main lobby has furniture that are literally falling apart. The rooms were average. Lots of scratches on the desk and side tables. A bit dusty too. The place in general looks like it needs work. The... More

Stayed here on a Saturday and it was the worst experience ever. Front desk was ok not the greatest. Room was terrible, filthy, smelled funky, outdated and hallways were loud at night. Wouldn't do it again!

Service was good. Helpful frontdesk people, but hotel facilities aren't pair up with the prices. Hotel rooms and facilities are old and look dirty. I wanted to try this hotel because of it's convinient location. I could stay elsewere, a couple of blocks away for half of the price and have a pool and much nicer facilities.

The Hotel is expensive, old and with bad service. My room had no hand towels, there was no paper to write a note, no ball pen or pencil and the beds were done by a non idea maid. I waited almost one hour until the bellboy came to fix the problems. Ignacio Diaz

Outdated hotel, outdated rooms, no free wifi and the halls smell like cigarette smoke. It was in a good location along one of the major avenues but overall it was bad. Oh... and the bathrooms are poorly designed and could be a potential hazard. Would not recommend at all.

Camino Real is usually nice, but the rooms in the Tijuana hotel are old. The mattresses are old, they are uncomfortable, and the linens are disgusting. The walls are paper thin so we were woken up at 6 am because that's when my neighbor set his alarm for. And the bathtubs are high, so it is very dangerous to get... More
