“Everything That Is Needed For a Vacation Is Here”

El Conquistador is Magical to me. The employees really are terrific people who went beyond their call of duty to accommodate our many needs. In itself that gives the hotel a shining 5 stars. My husband recently had back surgery and walking too much is painful so immediately we were given an upgrade and better location. Hector transported our luggage... More

I was in this Hotel the pass weekend. First, the front desk, very unfriendly attention, second no internet service, third I was in the Hotel for one night and they charged me for two nights, robbing me one night. Please stay away from this Hotel. More

on the plus side the rooms are very large; however the bathroom shower did not work.the hotel advertises on it's website a restaurant-closed for renovation?-and an exciting bar-also closed. pool area disused and dusty,water not heated.the breakfast was very basic but acceptable no room sevice. luckily there are good restaurants across the street at the grand hotel. More

We were a little leary about staying in Tijuana, but we heard from a friend that El Conquistador was nice. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in our room. It was huge and very clean.
