Awesome place to stop if you're going north or south down baja! You'll enjoy an awesome common room/kitchen area to get to know all the other travelers as well as Amazing sunsets from the room and balcony every night! It's A great location to surf, there's a fish taco vendor nearby, and a great owner (and his funny daughter)!

First of all it's just a cool spot overlooking some of the best surf in Baja. Ian, the owner is the man. His daughter Molly is the coolest girl and pretty much runs the town. She'll take you to the best fish tacos in town. Nice rooms where you can fall asleep to the ocean and wake up to perfect... More

What a wonderful place! Don't think of this as a hostel, you are being welcomed into someone's home. Iain the owner and his daughter are two of the kindest people I've ever met. Thanks Molly for taking me for fish tacos, and Iain for taking me on hikes in the beautiful surrounding hills! The hostels location is perfect if you... More

Needed cheap accommodation for my sis and two other people and found this place. Only there for two nights and was really not expecting much but had the best time. Clean rooms close to ensenada/tijuana in a nice quiet little town with a good beach. There is a deli just 5min walk up the street. Ian the owner is a... More

Love this place, it's not a hotel. It's like staying at your uncles. Pool tables, patio, right on the beach. A few restaurants and bars to walk to. Awesome cheap tacos too. It's not the place to go if your looking for strip clubs and crowds.

Great location, close to everything in the area and walking distance to the beach. Chill vibe, not the cleanest, but not disgustingly dirty or anything. It's a hostel. Basic accommodations close to the beach and places to eat. Would stay again, but think I might try out the camp ground right next door for my next trip.

Great place to hang out, relax and go surfing. And it's just a half hour bus drive from the US border. The guy running the hostel is super nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I ended up spending a week at this place, cause it's so nice

The location is an easy walk to the beach; however, it isn't on the beach. I've stayed in hostels throughout Latin America and this ranks as one of the 3 dirtiest. It wreaked of urine at the front door, there were peculiar odors throughout and I'm pretty sure the linens hadn't been washed in ages. If you're on a really... More

I stayed there for 2 nights with a friend to enjoy the surf. You can actually check out the surf from the hostel's rooftop and appreciate the empty glassy waves. I was so surprised to find such good surf and so few surfers so close to the border. Plus Ian, his daughter and the 2 Aussies running the hostel have... More
