The place is absolutely beautiful. Even with this being my second time around, it still takes my breath away. The view is astonishing and it seems to never get old. Our room did not disappoint once again and everything was far above the status quo. The pools were clean and the property was well taken care of. The food was... More

I've stayed here, and the place is amazing but it's a shame that nothing worked when we stayed, the pool wasn't heated, half of the Jacuzzis were broken, the net for the tennis court was in a bad shape. The hotel staff was rude and the nightly price was over $300 dlls, worth it for the view but the experience... More

Oddest hotel stay ever, we only stayed one night because it was so strange. Almost like the resort wasn't open. It has the potential to be a great hotel but seems more like a ghost town. It is huge but looks less than half finished - many units are shells or are boarded up. Half the amenities are not usable... More

Las Olas Grand is our favorite destination for a "weekend getaway". We have stayed there numerous times, in various rooms, and we will be returning soon for our next "weekend getaway". The view from every room is second to none. Las Olas Grand features twenty floors facing the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. Las Olas means "the waves" in Spanish, and... More

First impressions say a lot about a place, and the first impression you get from Las Olas when approaching by car is a massive, blank exterior wall, punctuated with tiny windows - appearing like an imposing prison structure. It doesn't get a whole lot better once you get inside. Clearly the hotel is reaching for the luxury market, but the... More

Clean and safe with amenities for the whole family. Armando and Veronica took great care of us. The resort is well situated with easy access to Rosa Rito for shopping, Portland weather for lobster and quick run to most every great surf spot in northern Baja. Do not hesitate to book your reservation at this fine resort.

The only thing this place has going for itself is the VIEW! Everything else about this place is absolutely horrible. Not worth the cost at all!!!!!!!!!! Its built to look luxurious its too bad nothing works from the A/C to the hot tubs! My biggest suggestion try out another hotel in the area. This one is way overpriced for what... More

From the beginning we noticed the front desk employees where not very friendly. He gave us the list of " Property Rules", It is a list of 17 items and 15 of them... More
