Nicely appointed spacious rooms with a great view and perfect location. Security was friendly and beach access was great. Not a hotel so don't expect anyone cleaning your room or bringing you fresh towels; you're on your own along with cleaning and supplying your own toiletries if you run out.

The room was amazing, the view was amazing, and the location was perfect. They have a guard on watch 24/7 and it gated. We where there for 3 nights and never got room service offered. The rooms do not have room phone. Overal amazing; however, it was to expensive. When we were there we found other rooms for 1/2 the... More

Visited Rosarito Beach. On Saturday 2/22 and Sunday 2/23 did not know where i was going to stay. Found this place by driving around. All I can say is Location Location Location. Had a 1 bedroom condo on the first floor. With kitchen and room to stretch. The sliding doors opened up to the pool. A short walk to the... More

We rented a condo in Oceana Tower II, a four bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen. We stayed at Rosarito Inn August 31-Sept 2nd 2013. I am from San Diego and I have been traveling to Baja more and more lately. I discovered Rosarito Inn Condo.'s through a friend who has previously stayed here and loved it. My daughther turned... Where to start - the people at the check in office are not friendly (a smile would be nice) and act like they are doing you a favor. The condo had worn out cushions in the living room and we eventually called down for some sheets to cover the cushions. Full kitchen but no paper towels, sponge, dish cloth, etc.... More

We stayed here from August 2nd to August 5th in CDM Room #611. The room was as pictured on the website and clean. The view was great and the balcony made relaxing in the morning extra nice. The loud music from Bombay Bar next door might be a problem for some so be sure to book a room on the... More

Unfortunately our spring break vacation to Rosarito was a disaster. Reader should keep in mind we are an American family traveling with two kids. We arrived in Rosarito to huge crowds and spent an hour trying to find this “hotel.” The name Rosarito Inn is deceiving. Rosarito Inn is not a hotel, but a condo sub-let service. We ended up... More

Easter weekend is Semana Santa, a holiday weekend in Mexico. Rosarito is a well known “party town” and the musical special events were clearly posted on our web pages. This guest never requested to be moved to a quieter room. Contrary to this guest’s assertion Rosarito Inn owns all its rooms and does not sub-let or market any rooms not... More

No muss... no fuss... Sign in - sign out, it's that easy. The condo we requested # T-104 has the only Roll in Shower in Rosarito... perfect for those in a wheel chair. The condo was immaculate... contained "everything from pots & pans, washer and dryer, coffee maker, blender, dishes, glasses, utensils...you want for nothing" Secure gated parking... and your... Oceanfront and central to everything. A short walk to downtown restaurants, Pappas and beer, Rosarito beach hotel (restaurants/bar). The location couldn't be better. For $117 a night, an almost 900 sq ft condo on the beach was a great deal. Staff was friendly, always having parking gates open when entering leaving facility.

My partner and I are staying here for a few days. It must be the off season right now because there aren't a lot of people, but that's okay because we've had the hot tubs to ourselves and the beach isn't crowded. Staff is friendly and security knows us by my vehicle. Parking is off street, free and in a... More
