What a relaxing way to spend a morning, watching the dolphins play while enjoying a delicious home-made breakfast on the deck of Casa Farolito. This gem offers wonderful accommodations, delightful hospitality and the best view in town. More

My daughter recently went to Mexico to get dental work done. I wanted to be with her not knowing what to expect and I needed R&R to recover from a very stressful year, this was the perfect place. Peter & Lorraine were amazing hosts and the B&B was a delight. The decor was wonderful, bright and happy. The home and... More

I recently went to Mexico to get some dental work done. Got a referral from my dentist to stay at Casa Farolito. It was perfect. Great place to relax and recover. Right on the beach with all glass on the front of the house overlooking the beautiful ocean. Very spacious and plenty of privacy. I felt very safe in the... More

I just spent 3 nights at Casa Farolito and was pleasantly suprised. My friend I was traveling with had made all the arrangements so I wansn't sure what to expect. Well the house is charming. I loved the decor and there was tons of space to relax. Our room had an amazing view, was large, clean and really lovely. Great... More

I stayed in Casa Farolito in August 2010 (and reviewed it in September 2010). I returned in December 2011, and am pleased to provide this update: Casa Farolito is better than ever. Everything written in my original review (check it out for details) remains accurate, and if anything, the B&B is even nicer now, with small upgrades including high quality... More

We thoroughly loved 9 nights at the Casa Farolito recently. Location is beautiful, the high perch offering spectacular ocean views from the terrace and the home's interior. We lounged inside and out, and were made to feel welcome and at home at all times. Peter and Lorraine were gracious, accommodating, helpful, informative hosts, and we'd love to be their guests... This is the best place we've ever stayed and we will be returning annually! My husband and I were fortunate enough to spend three nights (our first nights on our own since our toddler was born!) in this piece of paradise just 20 minutes sounth of the border. I knew it was going to be good but we were completely... More

There are few things better than simply relaxing in the sun with a gentle breeze while listening to waves crash on shore. And then a bunch of dolphins swim by to say hi. It's pretty cool. We went down to Casa Farolito for a long weekend and it was a great trip. Lorraine and Peter were gracious hosts and know... More

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Casa Farolito. Initially, we had reservations about staying in someone else's home, but Peter and Lorraine did everything in their power to make us feel at home. The house is situated so that you can literally shut off half of the house from the other so you feel more like you've just... More
