We loved staying in this quaint hotel which is right on the beach in Rosarito. Lots of funky decor, mostly with use of wood. The rooms were clean and spacious, overlooking the pool & ocean. The restaurant is reportedly the best in Rosarito and we found it to be so - large portions for good prices, lots of variety. We... More

We walked across the border into TJ and took a cab (bartered a $20 fare, given that this hotel is on the closer end of Rosarito). Gave an extra $5 to take the expressway. Although the cab driver had a hard time finding this place, I'd suggest telling your cab driver that it's in front of the Corona casino hotel,... More

I came here about a month ago also to get dental work done but to no avail. For me, cheaper in the states. I did not know where to stay in Rosarito so I stayed at the 'Fancy one"and I had very poor service and plumbing problems. Then I found a little beach casita to rent. I met my neighbors.... More

If your just there for the party weekend with friends get the room away from tbe beach. If you are there with family or for romantic getaway get an ocean side room and it's better to get a first floor room. Better access to the pool and the beach. The rooms are not very impressive but we hardly spend time... More

Last Friday we spent two days here. This hotel is owned my the same family that owns the El Nido restaurant. Fresh venison, quail egg omelettes, awesome food they raise on their ranch east of town. Bed Bugs, Not in our room. I was like inspector clouseau and didn't see any signs. Value was good, 90 for weekend beach view... More

I live in Canada and for dental trip (SamDental) I went 10 days to Tijuana, picking Los Pelicanos Hotel since they have: 1. Ocean View Room with Reasonable Price 60$/night 2. Right on the beach 3. SamDental got discount with this hotel and transportation to/from their Tijuana's office complimentary I wasn't sure if that hotel was clean enough for me,... More

I have never written a review before, but this merits the word getting out. My husband and I took a spontaneous trip to Rosarito and found this hotel and restaurant. The looks of it are quite charming from the outside, but the room was horrible. We should have left just by the looks of the room which was old, dirty... More

This is a small Oceanfront, Rustic Mexican Hotel. The Restaurant and Bar offer good service and good food. A lady is on display much of the time preparing fresh tortillas. The Waiters are attractive and efficient, often working together. The Pool and Jacuzzi were sparkling clean. There is a spa room by pool for massages. Open a gate from Pool... More
