The pool needs update as well as the hot tub. Pool water is saltwater. Hotel is old needs facelift. Location is great, easy access to the clubs and beach. parking is safe, customer service is awesome after crossing border line notice one of the kids forgot cell phone called the hotel and they kept it till my sister picked it... When I checked in I thought the place was okay, it's understandable how the room looks, it's Mexico, it's never going to be like how it is here in the U.S. Whatever, we had a problem with the water pump above our suite making a noise ALL NIGHT we complained about it the next morning and they totally switched our... We had no water, no electricity and the staff had no idea when it would be functional. They wouldn't refund or give us a discount. Besides all this the rooms are filthy! ! Never stay here again. It was horrible

The hotel is in the center of all attractions for day and night time. Secure (guess nee a band in the arm to get into the elevator that take you to your room. Cons: Has no aircondition but just open the window and you will get the air coming from the beach. At night you will ear to the music... More

First open the door the biggest roach was on the floor. That's not the biggest problem, we actually had a house key as the hotel key and when we checked out, they had to actually check the room. My wife booked this, we normally stay at the Rosarito Beach Hotel, I don't know what happen as to why we didn't... More

I was upgraded to a penthouse room. While the view from my balcony was spectacular, I wish I could find something else positive to say about this hotel. The dead bolt lock on my door did not work. The flimsy push button lock was not secure at all. The furnishings in the room were sparse. It was very noisy as... More

Should we talk about the fleas swirling in the lobby first? We stayed here for the biannual Rosarito Beach to Ensenada bicycle ride. I booked based on location and the web-site that made the place look pretty cool (the place is not cool). After getting keys I attempted to insert the key, but no need, the door swung open on... Hotel is location 1 block from the beach. Our sea view room was spectacular. The view of the sunset and the beach are unobstructed and breathtaking. Our room was large w/two comfy queen sized beds, flat screen TV, fan and private bath. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Secure underground parking for $5 a day, plus free Wi-Fi in... Overall the hotel wasn't bad. It was an unexpected stay but affordable. I expected this hotel to be horrible. The rooms aren't fancy but there clean and have a very nice view of the ocean. They are also well supervised. No one is allowed to go up to any floor without the hotel wrist band which I thought was safe.... More

Hotel is usally deserted with very few guests. Location is very good if you want to stay at the heart of Rosarito. I wished they'd off Fast Pass for one night stays. There are some decent restaurants close by.
