My was paid in full, yet they refused to acknowledge it and charged my credit card for my stay. The lady at the front desk was so ignorant and asked if I had ever used this Hotel Agency before and accused me of not knowing how it works. She continued to argue with my wife about the contract that I... More

I would not recommend this supposed "hotel". I arrived around 6 in the evening with my elderly parents what was supposed to be a couple nites stay. To my surprise NO HOT OR WARM WATER. I let the young lady know at the front desk and she said she would check it out. Still nothing later on that same nite... More

If you're planning on visiting Rosarito for the weekend and can't afford a good hotel, Pueblito Inn is your option. You're getting what you paid for. The staff was helpful, the hotel is located near the beach, lots of restaurants nearby, and the best of all you get a free sentri pass. With this pass we waited about 30 minutes... More

My sons and I stayed here one night on a surf trip. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pillows were too big and hard, and there was no hot water. It was $60/night for the three of us, so I guess we got what we paid for. The pool and jacuzzi were empty, so it was a... More

My favorite place to stay in Rosarito with reliable hotel basics. The room was clean and comfortable: comfortable beds, thick curtains, shower has strong water pressure, cable television, free wifi available, a warm pool and Jacuzzi. Staff was readily available to recommend places to go to in the city. The hotel feels safe because there is only one entrance right... More

Good water pressure in shower and nice an hot.. Clean pool. We were in 3rd floor facing the street, so WiFi signal was low or none at all. Hotel is located right... More

The Good: - Easy walk to the beach - Close to Bakery, Pharmacy and restaurants - Nice pool area - Security and someone was in the office 24hrs. - Wi-Fi - we were next to the pool and it was Quiet!!! The Bad (Which was really my only complaint) - You had to ask them to turn on the Hot... More

I think we were the only guests at the hotel. It did not have hot water 24 hours a day, service in the "restaurant" was terrible, and it was over-priced compared to other nearby options. Its location next to the main road made our room very noisy.
