I stayed here because it was pet friendly and recommended by Lonely Planet as a good value. I stayed in #2, it was very small and the bed was very hard. If you're a light sleeper this is a noisy location. They have internet but it was sketchy at best and the TV didn't work. The shower was hot and... More

Visited here February 2014 for one night and I enjoyed it. It was a quiet night and I slept well. The owners are very nice and helpful. They allowed me to keep one of my bags in their office and hang some of my clothes on their clothes line. Nice little garden in the back. They have free filtered water... More

I stayed at Martin and Maricruz's Posada San Martin all 5 nights that I was in Loreto last April and I thoroughly appreciated my stay. Martin and Maricruz were very helpful in answering all my questions and in making me feel at home. The rooms are basic but are nice, comfortable, clean, well located and good value. Coffee was always... More

Quiet, centrally located, clean, inexpensive. Friendly owners. Filtered water 24/7 and coffee in the morning in the central, roofed "plaza." Rooms are nothing fancy - not all have TVs or AC, all are dark, but plenty of hot water, clean rooms and towels daily, and GREAT prices. Wifi is dicey, but there are many places very close with free wifi,... More

Stayed there for one night on our trip through Baja in September 2104. The place was recommended to us by friends, who styed at the ame place for the same night. The place is not clean, we both saw cockroaches in the rooms and lots of other little bugs around the place. Rooms are small and badly maintained. There are... More

The owner was friendly. We asked for the cheapest room, and it was just to the right of the entry. No natural light or tv. The room was a bit dank. Bathroom was fine. Bed was fine. Overall the room was suitable. I would imagine the other rooms are a bit more lively all around.

Nice budget hotel. Free wi-fi, friendly service, not a far walk from the malecon, somewhat centrally located, across the street from a police substation of sort. Clean rooms, although a little on the small side. Rocking chairs outside of the rooms. Not many rooms available on the property, and communicating with them from out of the country can be tricky/inconsistent.

I stayed at the Hotel Posada San Martin, Loreto in February and again in March of 2014. This is a lovely, family-run inn, close to the malecon and Orlando's, where they make excellent food and amazing margaritas. The rooms are clean, the garden is lovely and the hosts are warm and accommodating. The coffee (real coffee, not the dishwater you... More

We came in from camping to get supplies, take hot showers, have a little town time and found this hotel: $350 pesos for two. It is located near the plaza. Great rocking chairs in the common area. Quaint. The staff is friendly. I had a nasty cough and the owners made a special herbal tea with local ingredients! How can... More

The hotel is very conveniently located, near the main plaza, the malecon (waterfront) and various restaurants. The layout is interesting with rooms opening into a common courtyard area. However the rooms themselves are small and a bit dark. However having said this the place was reasonable enough, not unpleasant. Everything was clean and in working order and the staff was... More
