Recently stayed twice here during a whale watching tour of Baja California. The Hotel is next to a restaurant, and there is a launderette, minimarket and cafe within two minutes walk. Both rooms we had, contained two double beds, television. The first had a great walk in shower, the second had a smaller walk in shower. Coffee maker in both... More

We thought this hotel was a great stopover night for our group. The staff was accommodating & caring. We felt safe and the room was clean. We had some drinks at the hotel bar which seemed overpriced for what it was, but nonetheless appreciated the convenience. It did not seem very booked & was a quiet place to sleep.

For the price, one of the worst places we have stayed in and we have traveled all over the world so we can compare. We had to have the sheets changed as they were soiled, only 2 towels (not white but grey white) ... mold on floors and on shower curtain... I could go on forever....people coming and going in... Stayed in the hotel 1 week ago. From the start it was not a great experience. We checked in and they stated the only rooms available were the next to most expensive. We were tired and figured the hotel was full so accepted the room. The room was in the absolute back of the grounds right on the alley. The... More

This is the second time I have stayed here and will not be back. I used to stay at the La Pinta/Desert Inn Loreto for the last 10 years or so but the La Pinta is for or has been sold and has no amenities any more. I tried the Hacienda because they advertise being pet friendly on all the... More

This hotel is family run and has a lovely courtyard area. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach, and 10 minutes to the center of town. I spent two nights here, then a few days later another night. First room was pretty good. On my return the second room had a leaky toilet and smelled funny. Overall though,... More

spent 3 nights here before and after a sea kayak adventure. big, clean rooms, awesome big showers. great breakfast buffett, the staff is very helpful. need to have better staffing at the pool side bar ( is that really a valid complaint ?) . front desk awesome, although my spanish is not very good, they were always willing to figure... The outside grounds of the hotel were lovely although the pool was not heated. The rooms were a different story. The beds were like sleeping on concrete and the linens were threadbare. The shower was attached loosely to the wall, so that every time it was turned on it sprayed all over the room and every thing got soaking wet.... More

We stayed a couple of nights as part of a packaged kayaking trip. Large basic room - beds and bathrooms clean but floor very dusty. Front desk staff extremely helpful when we were trying to re-confirm internal flights. The hotel is about 10-15 mins walk from the centre of Loreto down a pretty busy road so not that convenient for... More
