First of all, the staff and services are over the top! Everyone knew us by name and the service level was top notch. The resort is beautiful and the pool is glorious. I wish that I was still there. We did the all-inclusive and spoiled ourselves. We participated in the classes, used the paddleboards daily and relaxed by the pool.... More

This resort offers peace, tranquility and beauty. The resort is 45 minutes from the airport. The resort offers transportation for $75 for a private van. I would not recommend renting a car. There is a free shuttle in to town on an hourly basis if you want to check out the town. There are two supermarkets in town you can... More

So far my experience in Mexico has been adventurous, busy, well - like an action packed party. This resort is completely different. In retrospect - the resort is perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. We brought our two young boys 2 and 6 at the time - with us - a first to Mexico for both of them. This... More

This was our third stay at the VDP resort here. We love the diving opportunities and this resort always makes us feel like we are royalty. As owners, we often receive a room upgrade for free, which due to the low census at this resort, means a spectacular room. I half hope that everyone doesn't realize what a gem this... More

New, 5 star resort on a calm bay. Tons of things to do including, kayak, sail board, swim, spa and entertainment. You can snorkel out near the point on the right side of the bay or take a short hike over the hill to a secluded beach with lots of fish. Many, small rays laze on the bottom ignoring you... More

We arrived in Loreto on Aug 10, 2014. It has been over 10 years that we have not been here. When we arrived Loreto Airport actually had an air condition airport. More than 10 years ago, their airport was the building to the left of the new airport when you are facing the new building. Once we arrived in Loreto,... More

Last November, we stayed at the Villa del Palmar in Cabo San Lucas. After we returned home, we were offered a chance to stay in another Villa Group property for 3 nights and 4 days for $350.00 (all inclusive) as long as we attended a 90 minute timeshare presentation. My wife and I decided on the Loreto property the week... More

My husband and I own a timeshare at Villa del Arco in Cabo, and decided to trade it for somewhere we've never been. We thought Loreto would be a cool place, as the terrain is very different than anything we've ever seen--it's where the ocean meets the desert--beautifully odd. We felt very safe here--even safer than we do at home.... More

This resort is amazing. It's tucked away in a cove that no one but hotel guests have access to. Due to its remote location the all inclusive package is a must have especially when you bring kids. This hotel is all about service and relaxation. I have stayed at other Villa del palmar hotels in other locations and this is... More
