The hotel at which I normally stay in La Paz has been closed for months due to labour problems. I knew this when I booked a recent trip and decided to play it by ear so far as lodging was concerned. I could not believ my good fortune when I stumbled upon Casa Tuscany! The street entrance gives no clue... More

Casa Tuscany was delightful! I spent 5 days there with my three sisters and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The rooms were spacious and clean overlooking a lovely garden and patio. The hosts, Ken and Patricia, couldn't have been nicer; gracious and accommodating as well as excellent cooks. Breakfast each morning was a delicious surprise with something different each day and... My husband and I recently spent four days staying at Casa Tuscany Bed and Breakfast. We love to stay at B&B´s and this was wonderful. We had a fabulous time. Patricia & Ken are so helpful and have created a Paradise in the central area of La Paz. The location was fantastic, so close to everything. We were very comfortable... More

The owners are so nice and I hate to leave a mixed review, but this place just seems so expensive for what you get. The rooms are very big and clean but not particularly special (feels 'too big' almost), and the courtyard is just a cement yard- it doesn't really have many plants or anything to create a 'let's linger... The Casa Tuscany Inn was just right. Not too expensive, not too big (just 4 rooms), so close to amazing food (seriously, incredible food- just ask Ken and Pat for their recommendations), incredible breakfasts and great ambiance. We were on our honeymoon and found La Paz to be a great weekend trip before heading down the dirt road to Cabo... More

This is the place to be: Casa Tuscany, in La Paz, Mexico Reasons: Great location one block from the beach; beautiful, quiet setting behind the hosts' home in authentic Mexican decor amidst a lush garden with several patios; a terrific breakfast every morning; kind, unobstrusive but friendly and helpful hosts who are a married ex-pat artisty couple; great value for... Casa Tuscany was one of the best parts of our honeymoon. The place itself is gorgeous, filled with flowers, art, and hummingbirds, and just a block or two off of the Malecon. The air-conditioned rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and include thoughtful amenities such as coffee, tea and cold, purified water. Bottles of red and chilled white wines are also... More

A tranquil and beautiful place to stay. Hosts Pat and Ken play it just right with guests. Welcoming, very hospitable and interested in their guests, spending time with you if you are happy to sit and talk. Their Inn is small which suited us well. Good location too. Great breakfasts. Pat and Ken offer good information about tours and who... More
