We fell in love with the gentleness of La Paz. But our stay at Casa Tuscany made our visit perfect! We were embraced with the Bed and Breakfast's warmth and charm upon entering. The courtyard with its multitude of birds is delightful. Carol, the owner, greeted us with a local map and suggestions. Throughout our stay, she artfully arranged our... More

If you are traveling to La Paz, you will want to make this your place to stay! Best location, just a block away from the Malecon and the rooms are great and the breakfast is very delicious! First time in La Paz? No worries, Carol has great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. You will love your stay here!

We found Casa Tuscany a lovely place to stay in our trip to la Paz, it is located just a one block to the Malecon, and close to the Marina and many restaurants, bars and cafes and is still a quiet place to come back to relax after a day of activities. Carol is a kind person and her attention is... More

We stayed only one night at Casa Tuscany, unfortunately. The location is secluded even though located just blocks from the waterfront. Carol was super welcoming and pointed us toward several local experience options. Top Marks!

Dear Dan and Renee, Thank you for deciding on Casa Tuscany following your week-at-sea adventure. It was a pleasure hosting you and fun to hear about your adventures. Now with diploma in hand, you can sail off into the wild blue yonder whenever you get the chance. Good for you! Just make sure that one of those blue yonders is... More

Carol is a fantastic hostess. The property is quiet and private. There is a beautiful garden sitting area to enjoy. Breakfast was different every morning. Carol was very knowledgeable of the area and she made our stay a success

Dear Craig and Allison, Sometimes we set out for one adventure and find ourselves in a totally different one. How fortunate for me that your unexpected change in plans brought you to Casa Tuscany. It was indeed a pleasure getting to know you and spending time over coffee in the courtyard. I am sorry your plans didn't go exactly as... More

This was my first stay in La Paz and Carol, the owner of Casa Tuscany, made it memorable in many ways. I arrived at 9:00 am and she was very kind to allow me to checkin early. She brought me in and introduced me to the current guests having breakfast and made sure I had coffee etc and was comfortable.... More

Dear Steve, The pleasure was all mine. I am so glad the sailing class went well and that you chose Casa Tuscany as the place to regain your land legs after a week at sea. I try to do everything possible to accommodate my guests' needs. It is very rewarding to know that I succeeded. I hope your days on... More

I stayed at Casa Tuscany Baja after a week of sailing out of La Paz. The inn is charming and comfortable and very well located one block off the Malecon (literally "the jetty," the main route along the harbor). Carol was helpful in getting me to a badly needed laundromat (did I mention I was sailing for a week?) and... More

Dear Ken, Thank you so much for taking a bit of time from your busy schedule to tell people about your experience at Casa Tuscany. Many would be ship captains opt for the inn because of its convenience to just about everything, including the laundromat. Most guests rave about my breakfast or a nearby restaurant. I must admit, however, that... More

Carol was so friendly and helpful - she's super responsive to email. Her little B&B is tucked onto a street right near the Malecón (seaside boardwalk) where there are lots of shops & restaurants. It's the place to be in the evenings - families out for an icecream and strolling. I was pleasantly surprised to find my night's sleep very... More

On behalf of Joann (my inn sitter) and myself, thank you for choosing Casa Tuscany for your Sea of Cortez experience. Espiritu Santo Isla is one of those not-to-be-missed adventures. Most people make it a day trip, but you had the added pleasure of camping and kayaking at this jumping off place into the World's Aquarium. We are both delighted... More

After about an 11 hour delay because of plane malfunctions, this weary traveler arrived at this lovely place and was greeted by Joann who soon had me forgetting the previous 11 hours. Dear Rosi What an ordeal you were forced to endure in getting to La Paz. Those flight delays can put a damper on anyone's vacation. Learning to sail is a daunting experience in itself.
