La Concha is a typical 3-star Mexican beach resort. The ocean views are gorgeous and grounds are pretty. There's a pool/bar which seems to cater to local families. Lots of kids in the pool! Water looked murky. We stayed in a one-bedroom condo which was very spacious and had two bathrooms with showers. It clean and the balcony was huge.... More

This Hotel has a very nice beach and swimming is great. The problem is the food servers was very slow and rude. I sat for one hour for lunch in the dining room and not once did a waiter come to my table and take our order or even have the courtesy to explain why they could not serve me.... More

I stayed here with 25+ people for a family reunion in August/2015. This is an old school Mexican style hotel. The beach is fabulous! Water is calm, warm and I felt very safe with my kids ages 7 and 4. The hotel is small enough so that kids can wander around a bit and don't get lost in a large... More

This hotel is older and there's nothing fancy about the rooms. Our room was clean and the air conditioner would freeze us out, if we let it. The mini fridge worked very well and we had hot showers, if desired. The staff, including the bar and restaurant staff, was very attentive and friendly. The food was good - not great... More

We drove two hours from Cabos to this bad, bad,bad hotel. It is more for the locals , not for the tourists. - I overheard the rates for the locals is $850 pesos the equivalent to about $58 U.S. , but as for us the rate quickly changed to about $987-2,100 pesos $126-165. It smells, it's old, it's more for... More

This is a great old school resort, the accomadations are somewhat worn but the service is excellent No elevator, so unless you want the exercise of three floors up demand a downstairs unit. The comman areas have great decor and ambiance. The rooms are somewhat small, no easy chair. The pool is great the beach is good but rocky. The... More

Just outside the city, is in a nice location on the beach. I was taken by the word "resort" in building my expectations. The hotel seems to be past it's prime. Run down, broken, damaged, peeling, etc... One might be entertained by the cobbled parking lot after driving across it. First room, locks didn't work. New room, one of the... More

This is a great spot on a wonderful little bay. Stand in the sand and look down to see all the fishes! Short cab ride to town, lovely dive shop next door, great staff. For the price, best location in La Paz. Gorgeous sunsets. Those are the 5 stars, now for the not so good: Insects, dead and alive, lots... More

This is a functional hotel if you are looking for a place to crash at night. There is great beach access from the hotel. The restaurant is okay but plan on eating other places. The parking lot will rattle your teeth.

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. Very friendly staff, nice clean rooms, awesome breakfast and mimosas. Stocked rental service, my family and I were able to snokerl everyday, we were able to paddle board several days that we we were there. The fishing though was remarkable. This is not a tourist trap. It is however a kind... More
