Hotel was ok, most of staff was helpful/friendly, small room but clean enough, and decent food. But that view! Cool rooftop area with a like bar. Safe to walk on the Malecon. Only complaint, got a parking ticket while rental was in the hands of the valet. Hotel didn't help, that was a bummer!

The hotel is situated on a corner with interesting exterior architecture. It is located on the malecon (the seaside "boardwalk" on the other side of the seaside road). The lobby is nicely decorated and the staff was friendly and generally helpful (though they did not know that the restaurant we wanted to visit was closed for the holidays; hence, a... More

Can't fault the room in the hotel in that it was clean, large bed and great view of the waterfront. However it's more like sleeping in a factory than a hotel: there was a loud and constant hum the whole time (through the night and day) - maybe from air conditioning units in other rooms, I don't know - and... Perfect location, friendly and flexible staff, good food in the restaurant, very comfortable rooms - overall 5 stars! Right in the center - great restaurants and bars close by. We visited after hurricane Odile and services were slightly limited but they made sure that we were well looked after.

The lobby area is very nice decorated, so you will expect the rooms to be the same. Our room had a bad smell, at the very entrance of the room, you have stair to go up to your room, its kind of weird set up. The location is good because you are on the main road across from the beach... More

Either by accident or design, 7 Crown had no record of our confirmed reservation made through Booking.com. The hotel did have vacancies for our party but initially wanted more for the rooms than we had agreed on through Booking.com. It was the location that originally attracted us to the hotel and it is fabulously located on the Malecon with wonderful... More

I spent five days in this horrible hotel. The room has not closet, the air conditioning was broken (you can switch it on, but you cannot switch it off), the wifi signal was so poor that I could not use skype and the signal was lost several times, you have a coffee machine but there were not sugar, cups nor... Recently I booked a group I was travelling with at the 7 Crown Hotel and the hotel was comfortable, clean and met all expectations. The location on the Malecon (seawalk) is ideally located in the midst of the tourist attractions to include strolling, restaurants, shopping all with a spectacular view of the Bay of La Paz. The service and staff... More

We liked the hotel a lot! The staff was very helpful. We got sick while we were there and they helped out a lot. Our room was great. Clean, had wifi, and they provided bottled water. The street was noisy but it did not bother us because we liked the great location. I would definitely recommend Seven Crown Malecon.

We found this a hotel in a great position during the day but, after dark, there was constant very noisy traffic - cars and bikes cruising aiming to make maximum engine and music noise. We wished we had been a block or two back. There was a great terrace on the 5th floor but the hotel had the feel of... More
