From the outside this place looks wonderful we where excited to check in after a long from Tijuana. We planned on staying two night but woke up in the morning and couldn't get out of there fast enough. Everything was covered in dust, dead bugs in the coffee pot. We just got a weird vibe and had to leave. If... More

For business, good, for vacation, good. Really close to the airport and a bit far from town. Taxis are not that expensive though. Very nice and quiet pool, perfect for families. All the rooms have a kitchen, dinning room and living room, so, you can go to the supermarket and load up. Nice restaurant with a veeeery good breakfast buffet.

We flew into LaPaz after midnite, arriving here at 1AM. Room was huge, bed comfortable. Shower/tub was not seated properly but we found everything clean. View of the pool and close enough to the ocean we enjoyed listening to it. We have traveled alot all over Mexico and other countries and actually found this place much nicer than some of... More

It is a shame visiting places like this, from the outside everything looks like a very nice hotel, the lobby, the pools, the nice restaurant on the side. Once you get your room key you realize that this place needs a complete renovation to make it attractive. Rooms are huge, but poorly maintained. Food is nice, nothing to die for,... More

You would think this place was nice if you just looked at the lobby, but you would be wrong, so very wrong. This place is terrible, particularly for the price you pay. We got a bad recommendation from someone to stay here, and were the only guests. Things were terrible, as listed more specifically below, and when I told the... More

This is the perfect example of a hotel which could be good but is really terrible. let's start from the location: it is out of town, but with a car in 10 minutes you are downtown on Malecon, and is conveniently located for the airport, no more than 10 minutes. It is directly facing the sea... but there is no... More

We stayed here for two nights on our way to Ciudad Consticion (spelling) and Cabo San Lucas. It was the most convenient property to the La Paz Airport. The propery was very clean and the pool was nice - although very shallow in some areas - like not even to your knees - in the picture it looks a little... More

What can I say; Grand Plaza is a glorified Mexican Motor Inn. It is 2 star quality in its condition, probably gets the additional star rating for having pools and a restaurant. It’s about 25 years old I would guess and has never been updated. But it is Clean and the staff is pleasant. Located close to the airport and... More

Hotel wasn't very new but staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were well cleaned every day, Very spacious, nice views onto the port. Swimming pool big, but cold and a little dirty.. Restaurant was nice if not a little slow. Taxi service from outside the entrance to the malecon 50-60 pesos no more!

I booked this hotel mainly for the pool, which was nice. The exterior of the hotel is nice, but that's about it. The rooms were large, but not all that great considering the price. Towels were old and frayed. Food at the restaurant was mediocre at best. Drinks were watered down and expensive. I expected that they would have drinkable... More
