Stayed for January 2014, am booking Winter 2015. Walking distance to farmer's market, grocery, restaurants, music, and sunsets on Malecon. Comfy, cheerful rooms, nice kitchen, great staff, lovely pool

The hotel is close to the "Malecon" and there are good seafood-restaurants at the "malecon" (like the "Bismarck"). The hotel is small with a beautiful garden and pool. There are beach towels and beach chairs which you can take with you to the beach. The hosts were really helpful (best beaches, best restaurants, what to do in La Paz) and... More

Here are the reasons this is the place to stay when you're in La Paz: 1. The managers are kind, helpful, and generous. 2. The site itself is adorable and quaint, yet centrally located. 3. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. What more can you ask for?

A place with surprisingly good facilities. Rooms compact but complete with clever use of space and all amenities present. The ground floor courtyard with pool (and yes, free hummingbirds) is a treat. The manager is pleasant and helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights at the b&b and had a amazing time. The hosts were so helpful and helped us take full advantage of all that La Paz has to offer. We definitely ate our way through La Paz. You have to try the bacon wrapped hotdogs, fish tacos, ice cream, and tamales. Daryl and Diane can make some... More

We discovered this lovely B&B last year while looking for a better more comfortable place to stay for our return trip to La Paz this year. We really enjoyed meeting Diane and Darrell and they happily gave us a tour throughout this stylish Mexican house. Each room looked comfortable and very pretty (even the tiny Piano Room) but we loved... More

We stayed only for one night and we regretted not staying longer. Rooms are big, clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast is provided and is quite good. Service is excellent they even lend us some beach chairs and gave us a full recommendation of what to do in la Paz.

A lovely little B&B one block up from the malecon. We stayed in "The Next" or penthouse as it is called here,. A two bedroom one bath (jack-n-jill) with full kitchen, ample seating, good WiFi and easily sleeps 4 -- 6 if you want to put two on a fold out. Unit has a large, covered patio overlooking the bay.... We stayed in the Renaissence Room for 7 nights. Well appointed clean room with a great view of the bay. If you like peace and quiet I recommend checking to see if it is Carneval before you book. Darrel and Diane couldn't be nicer. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and you can walk to pretty much anywhere you need to... More

Rooms view of the ocean 1 block from the perfect sunset, wonderful restaurants too many to choose from, short stroll to historic downtown and shopping (inexpensive) and ample eco tours to experience (all ready to book for Posada Colibri guests)! The best B&B we've ever stayed at! To top it off our hosts with their high standard come fully prepared... More
