This was a really nice hotel with a real feel of Mexico based on the room decor. I loved it, but it wasn't my husband's taste. The location was on one end of the boardwalk. The staff was terrific, when you could find them. There were times when we had to search. The full breakfast, which was included, was terrific. more

As in all of the Posada de las flores Hotels in Baja California, the design is well chosen. It's decorated in typical mexican style with lots of warm colors. Although the hotel is located at the main road along the Malecon, it was quiet and we could sleep well. There are a few parking lots in front of the hotel.... more

I know that La Paz is the capital of Baja, but I was quite disappointed in the town. There just wasn't much to do there and no historic part of town that we could find to tour. There is one main drag along the beach, where many of the hotels are located. Posada de Las Flores is located there, so... more

Exquisitely beautiful, comfortable lodgings directly across from the beach promenade. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Extremely professional, courteous service. Breakfast includes mouhwatering homemade breads. A gem of a hotel. more

We would never stay here again even though our room was beautiful. The staff was helpful but amateur, with very little command of English (many of their customers are Italian). My main complaint is tthe lite FM music (Whitney Hustom, Kenny G) piped throughout the public areas of the hotel from 8 am until about about 10 pm, audible in... more

Be aware of this hotel, so overpriced and many problems. Restaurant and pool closed because of staff strike, gave us a breakfast but had to go 400m from the hotel for it with a terrible sun. Mini bar stuff, everythings expired. There are plenty of hotels in La Paz, nice and cheap and with a full service. more

My review simply consists of the letter I just wrote to the hotel management. I am sure it speaks enough without more waffling commentary by me! - Hello, I'm writing to let you know about our stay at Posada De Las Flores in La Paz, a few weeks ago, on the nights of February 13 and 14. Although we enjoyed... more

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in November 2004. We loved the ambience including the beautiful bedroom and sitting room and the largest marble shower we have ever seen (could fit 8-10). The house cat visited everyday. The new owner, an Italian gentleman, is very discerning and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Please note something that... more

Congratulations to Posada de las Flores! My husband and I strongly recommend this place, since we found not only a very special place to stay, but a friendly and helpful staff that made us feel like home. We've stayed 3 nights at La Paz and 4 nights at Loreto always at Posada de las Flores. One of the things that... more

Our party of four (my wife, our son and his wife) had a confirmed reservation, on their letterhead, for a Saturday to Saturday stay, starting 23 October, 2004 and departing 30 October. Upon check-in, their registration staff was told that we were staying the entire week, to which no comment was made regarding what subsequently was going to happen to... more
