My wife and I made a reservation for this hotel through booking.com expecting to spend a weekend here in June. The reservation was cancelled two days after it was booked through booking.com which was well within the policy. However, our credit card was charged over $300 by the hotel despite being assured by the hotel that the issue would be... More

We went golfing on a couple of courses in Baja California, and found Bajamar golf the only place worth playing...the other courses are in bad shape. Playing at Bajamar is worth the 1 hr drive from the border all on toll roads...the greens are in great shape compare to the other courses in Baja California...As usual the 4 holes along... More

This 81 room hotel has it all, great rooms, excellent staff, excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices. The golf courses are excellent and very challenging to every level golfer. The staff is all fluent in English, but if you speak some Spanish as I do you really get to enjoy the total local experience. This hotel is far enough... More

This is an easy drive after crossing the border from Dan Diego. Uncrowded golf course along the Pacific Ocean in Baja California. Very nice accomodation either at the Hotel or private villas with on site management. Ensenada is only a 20 minute drive.

I stayed for nine days and everyone at this hotel was lovely to deal with. I had individualized attention from Mr. Carlos Medina and Ms. Sandy Inzunza. Ask for them when you come and visit. I highly recommend this hotel. I´ve come several times and will continute to come again.

It was my first time in Mexico so I did not know what really to expect but I cannot give this "resort" more than two stars. The real problem was the room I had. I read the TA reviews before booking and they are all over the place. I did not want to go to Ensenada because it was 15... More

While visiting Baja we stopped at this beautiful place. From the Main highway, Scenic Highway to Ensenada, it looks like a private golf course community, however, the Hotel and wonderful restaurant are open to the public. Bajamar is a lovely community with a Colonial atmosphere.. The hotel rooms have been remodeled, clean and very spacious. The architecture makes you believe... More

Stayed here with my husband and friends. Purpose of the trip was golfing. Not a lot to do if you are not a golfer. Restaurant was okay. I had a tortilla soup which was fine. Prices for rooms a bit much especially since the furniture looks dated. Rooms were clean but not very nice. Will not be returning to this... More

Stayed at the resort recently for a wedding. Grounds were clean and well kept, 27 holes of golfing. Staff were friendly, but lacked the level of a true oceanfront resort. Food was below average but were forced to eat at the only restaurant (in the golf club), as there was nothing else around. Hotel rooms were average, clean, nothing luxury... More
