This hotel is located far from everything... Far from a decent beach Far from downtown Ensenada For from the Bufadora Moreover, cab rides aren't very cheap. The nearby beach area is very difficult to access, and once you get there, it looks terrible / post-apocalyptic. The pool area is dated and sad. The rooms are also quite old and in... more

I have never been treated so KINDLY. From the reservation, to our departure. Everyone who worked showed us kindness ,respect, we were treated like Royalty. We celebrated our Granddaughters 9th Birthday. We started in the Cottage, and then were upgraded to the Presidential suite. WOW, what a place, 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen, it was out of this... more

I had the grandest time - I slept in a gorgeous suite with the view of the ocean, it was peaceful and beautiful. The staff especially the restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was the best birthday weekend ever and when I save up the money I will definitely return. more

I've been going to Estero and Baja on a regular basis for over 5 years now. If you want the most beautiful location between TJ and Ensenada, Estero Beach is it, hands down. The way the mountains ring the bay you almost think you're in Hawaii. Sunrises are beautiful and sunsets are amazing and they are especially fun since many... more

Estero is a great place to kick back relax, soak up the sunny weather in the middle of winter, visit the sights, eat great food, take a horse back ride on the beach, enjoy the views & the friendly staff. Brought my teenaged son while we were in the San Diego area for Christmas break. We felt very secure &... more

We like it; but be ready for sacrifices. If Motel 6 or Super 8 were to have a resort I suspect Estero Beach is what would come about. The accomodations / facilities are at best adequate. The STAFF (polite, friendly, helpful) and LOCATION (spectacular views & awesome ocean breeze) are FANTSTIC. This "trying to be an all-in-one" resort seems like... more

We stayed at Hotel Estero the first week of September and had such a great time. We had an ocean view, with a breeze coming through the doors and cooling off the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for extra coffee and we had more than enough the next morning. On Tuesday night, there was a fantastic... more

I was really excited to take a trip down to Baja with 9 other family members; Aunts, uncles, cousins. We had checked out the website and also tripadvisor, which both looked great. And then- we arrived. After a lond drive, we wanted to relax and unwind. We were appalled when the room we walked into had moist carpets and had... more

We have been going to Ensenada and Estero Beach Resort off and on for a number of years. Sadly the facility is looking a little long in the tooth. Our bathroom should have been refurbished 5 years ago. The shower head fell off, there was no stopper in the sink, and plaster was falling off of the ceiling. If you... more

The stay at this resort was a pleasant surprise. The grounds are well kept with a feeling of security the moment you enter the property. The only improvement I could see would be to serve more authentic Mexican dishes in its lunch and dinner resturant menu. I will book other stays at this resort in the future. more
