This place is beautiful, inexpensive, and with great vibe and about a hundred yards from the water.. A wonderful place to stay with family .. We stayed in one of the cabins and we were delighted to find out that it was fully equipped with kitchen and all, including a private garage .. What we really liked the most was... More

This place has fallen from what it once seemed to be. We were looking for a hotel and visited here but it was creepy seemed abandoned was over price and outdated. It looked like it was once impressive, but now just sad staff and mosquitos. We got breakfast and left, we stayed at a different hotel.

The Estero Beach Resort definitely has potential to become a great hotel as it is an unbeatable location, right next to Estero Beach (which is a beautiful picturesque spot) and offers a variety of amenities such as a lagoon shaped pool, multiple spa pools and tennis courts. However, what let this property down was it's staff many of whom made... More

I'm so glad I went here ! There are many nice things to say about this resort. My room was very large, clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The view from the patio was stunning with a small garden just steps away, and the bay with small whitecaps about 150 feet from the patio door. The front door of... More

We camped at their campground, so can't really comment on the hotel rooms, but the pool was overcrowded and not overly clean and the restaurant, which was touted as being one of the best in one of our quide books was clearly not (not to mentioned being overcharged). The only thing that makes this place is the view, with a... More

Like the last review. I went here because of the good reviews. The only thing that was good was the view. Rooms were dated and dirty. The food and drinks here were over priced. $4 for a 12oz. beer where any where else would be $1-$2. It is located far from downtown. No shopping or anything nearby to do.

My husband and I checked some reviews online and there were some good comments about this hotel. Nevertheless we found out that the hotel is terribly outdated, located way outside the city. It seems as if the management has not spend one penny in those rooms. The AC didn't work and overall it looked as if it was dirty and... More

Driving into the Estero was beautiful. The grounds are well kept and the registration building modern and well appointed. When we got to our room, however, we found a clean but dated room. The view in the AM was beautiful and we very much enjoyed coffee on our patio overlooking the bay. Its too bad Estero doesn't spend the extra... More

We stayed here on a Wednesday-Thursday, having booked our room online (website name withheld). Having recently experienced several unsettling life experiences, our good friend "Andy Dufresne" reminded us the Pacific Ocean has no memories. The toll road (cuoto) was closed for repairs about halfway between Tijuana and Ensenada. The free road was also under repair, so the drive through the... More

I went with a group (Volleyball Camp) in early August, and was blown away by the beauty of the resort, as well as the incredible service by the staff. The management was always available to assist with the needs of our group. I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had at the Estero Beach Resort.
