For the size and location of the hotel I was expecting a lot more for the price paid. The staff was super friendly and tried to help as much as possible; they were having trouble with their room key encoder and had to come up and down with every guest to open their doors (I totally think the management should've... When you go to reserve with this hotel i would recommend going through a booking site so you can have some one as the middle man. I went to talk to them about reserving a suite for my wedding night and a block of rooms for my guests but the woman was so busy that she told me she would... More

Dear Amber, We would like to explain what really happened. On July 2014 as you mentioned, you and your family came to block 20 rooms for the people attending to your wedding and to reserve the master suite too. You did reserve and guaranteed the master suite on that day and during the next day we received and email from... More

We visited Ensenada and stayed at the Corona for three nights. We chose to stay at the Corona as we had stayed there almost two years earlier and had had a good experience at the hotel. This time too as before the stay was pleasant, decent service with a smile, improved Internet connectivity and convenient to the 1st street establishments. However,... More

I went down there for a day work trip so wanted to extend my stay somewhere close and enjoy Mexico like I used to before all the craziness. I heard about this hotel from a friend who goes down there a lot for work and what an amazing find! The room was spacious, the staff showed top notch customer service,... More

I went there two times this year and it is a great place to stay. Reserve early or you will miss a great place. The vista is fantastic from the rolling mountains to the seaport. Then just take a stroll to the main street so you can soak up the sun, tequila and the lifestyle of Mexico.

The rooms are very clean and big and the beds comfortable. Avoid the rooms on the first floor, on one side of the building they have no view and on the other there's the swimming pool and the probability of insects getting in your room increases. The restaurant is very good, the portions are quite big so you will never... More

Room was clean. View good. Massage too expensive. Jacuzzi was not working. Resturant was pretty slow even for mexico standard. Free wifi all over but needed to put long password when you moved around.

Went for a few days in Ensenada first time. Great hotel location, we practically walked everywhere because almost everything was a block away. The wifi was good on cellphones but weird on the laptop and tablet, but thats ok, we wanted to sort of disconnect a bit. there are two museums across the street, about a block away from the... More

Everyone in the staff was SO friendly and helpful and polite. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good. Great location. About two blocks away from the restaurant, "El Primo Navo", which has an amazing dish called "Estofado con pescado y camaron". We will gladly come back.
