I stayed at this place on 4/28/08 for two nights. The place was very quiet and it was very nice. The pool area was clean and relaxing. Actually it was very relaxing even though it is located in the heart of the main area. The front desk was very helpful with directions or recommendations. I would not hesitate to return... more

Some of the reviews of the condition of the hotel below might be a little outdated because my stay and obvservation of the hotel is that it was perfectly nice. Arrived into Ensenada for the first time at night. Drove down the way too touristy strip and ugly touristy hotels. At the end of the main strip was the Mision... more

We seldom stay on weekends, so it is usually very quiet. Ensenada is never a destination for us, but we look forward to staying there whenever we pass through Ensenada. The hotel is central to the marina district where the shops and restaurants are. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The showers have good water pressure and flow. The parking... more

We had credit card guaranteed reservations for two rooms and two nights at the Hotel Mission Santa Isabel--we thought...Since we were late in leaving Phoenix, I called and spoke with the manager on Saturday to explain that we were on our way and would be there between 8-9 pm. When we arrived they had no reservations, no rooms and a... more

We just spent the weekend in Ensenada, five of us, myself, husband, daugher, son and son's girlfriend. We did not have room reservations and had stopped at two other hotels of which we inspected the rooms and inquired about prices. We found the rooms, price and location of this Hotel to be very reasonable. We had two rooms one with... more

My husband's family and I just spent 4 nights at the Hotel Mision Santa Isabel. I had called in advance from the U.S. to request a suite/apartment that included a kitchen and living room, and the hotel receptionist confirmed that all of this would be included in a two-bedroom suite for a total of $560. Upon arrival they told us... more

My family of five stayed here for one night recently and enjoyed it quite a bit. I have stayed in a wide range of accomodations in Mexico and found this to be above average- while still being in about the two star catagory of American hotels. I thought the hotel grounds were pretty with a high level of charm and... more

We stayed at the Santa Isabel for three nights as part of a tour group March 17th thru the 19th. We enjoyed our stay. There are a couple of minor negative things. One, the shower did go hot and cold occasionally, but not enough to force you to get out. Secondly, it is fairly loud. You can hear people talking... more

The beds could use updating! Very small bathroom. But very mexicanish and a half block from wonderful shops and great food! We stayed there for a few days in June 2004 and my husband and his family always stay here! more

My boyfriend raved about this place and upon showing up having passed some modern more trustworthy brand named hotels, we come across this one finally and we walk in, get to our reserved room and yeah, the smell was like being in downtown Los Angeles, all funky. The bathroom was like the Pantry's (in LA). I wasn't exactly open to... more
