This hotel is so crappy. there are waay nicer/descent hotels on the main street where all the restaurants are at. when we got there check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. Told us they didnt have the room ready. Didnt check in until 5pm. We were tired, hungry and irratated by that time. The restaurant there does not... More

I thought the negative reviews were just exaggerating but when I got there i found out they were ALL true. When I got there my room was not ready and they were dirty. I booked for one room and they gave us two accidentally, They kicked us out of one room eventhough it was their mistake plus they were rude... More

This hotel was terrible. The pictures show a really nice hotel witha jacuzzi and room really clean. But that's not the case. The bed were really hard and not confortable. We had book the hotel for 4 days.End up leaving the next day. They dont have parking. So you have to park in the street. Not so safe. Terrible service.... More

I'm on the third day of a one week stay in Ensenada. So far I think that the hotel is great. The staff are nice but thier english is a little rusty...no prob for me because I'm fluent in spanish. Its a small accomidation, the rooms are modest but cozy. You're a about a five minute walk from the main... More

This is a cheap and very basic accomodation. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, but you can sleep at the Corona Hotel, which is only 150 m. away for just 10 USD more, and it is a more suitable option. The hotel is better than the ones that the Desert Inn chain has in Loreto or Guerrero... More

9 friends of mine and I stayed here for my bachelor party. We got four rooms with adjoining balconies. Staying at this place was fun. it is a little bit of a walk from most of the action in Ensenada, but still fun. We bought insurance and parked three cars out front and did not have any problems with burglary.... More

This is certainly not a place to take children - the walls were stained, the heat didn't work, towels were dirty, the carpet was dirty and the toilet was broken. Although the service was fine for the most part, there is no lobby and the pool was dirty. It is not a place I would recommend. More

We've stayed here before and we know not to expect much by way of amenities or quality but we were really disappointed with this most recent experience. The floors were filthy. They had not swept or mopped the floors before our arrival nor during our stay (just two nights). There was only 1 bath towel per person, no hand towel... More

Recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend. The beds were incredibly hard and the shower did not drain. It is within walking distance to downtown but preferred to take cabs home after dark for safety reason. I would stay closer to downtown. I wouldn't stay here if I were to visit again. More
