Think twice before booking this hotel, no one wrote the main important thing that this hotel is only for lovers or honeymoon couple, not at all suitable for families, there are no locks for bathrooms and the windows of bathroom are accessible(openable) from outside as there are no locks, unable to stay a single day with elder children. Just hate... More

We stayed here on a last min trip we planned, as most of the hotels were booked in Aonang. The hotel is really amazing on the outside. It really looks like a castle. The positives are that the rooms are HUGE, and the topaz suite give you direct pool access from your back porch (good idea at the time) but... More

We stayed here one night due to overbooking at the hotel we had booked, if it wasn’t the only place with availability the night before New Years Eve, I would never have stayed there. The hotel is large but looks tired and could do with a revamp. The rooms were horrible. I didn’t use the wardrobe but it opens up... More

I stayed here for a night. When I was searching online, i got attracted with its architecture which became the greatest factor why i decided to book here. While the room is comfortable and the staff are accommodating, the place is boring. The hotel is not well maintained. What bothers me are the mosquito bites i got from staying outside... More

This place looked like a castle when we pulled in.. it was massive. Our room was huge but it was a long walk to get around to our room. We had the swim up pool area but the water was BROWN and dirty.. gross! The other pool area looked clear enough but I wasn't risking it. This place is not... More

Stayed one night in January and couldn't leave quickly enough the next day. I counted over 40 bites on the left hand side of my body - either bed bugs or fleas and still have the scars 3 weeks later. The place is infested with mosquitoes. Such a shame as the hotel looks spectacular from the outside and the staff... More

We reluctantly stayed here for 5 nights as a last minute resort because The Cliff Ao Nang overbooked themselves and left my family stranded on the day we arrived. There were 5 of us and we stayed in a Deluxe Pool Access Room and a Family Room. At this hotel, their rooms are big and have the potential of a... More

Photos are outdated and the entire hotel is worn down. Breakfast was completely overpopulated despite the limited choice of food and the really bad quality. We went directly from breakfast to the pool at 9 AM and it took 10 mins to get 3 pool towels for 4 people. Well the queue for the towels must have been long You'd... More

This hotel was a disaster. Staff were complacent, the breakfast was incredibly poor and there were no saving graces. Most importantly, my i-phone was stolen from a small and discreet pocket in a case. We went away to the rainforest for a few days and told the hotel so they didn't think there was a problem. We had a lot... More

We are horribly displeased with this 4.5 star hotel (Aonang Ayodhaya Resort, Krabi). Our main complaints are: 1. This hotel is far below the 4.5 star rating it advertises through your website (it is more like a Chinese-run motel collecting profit but not investing any more money into its business.. 2. Hotel advertised as beachfront but a room was allotted... More
