On arrival , the receptionist was not friendly and welcoming . Despite arriving at 2.10 , we were told that the room was not ready but would take an hour. No apology or a welcome drink was given ( a welcome drink is normal in Thailand) We were told to wait by the swimming pool until the bellboy would come... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the end of our stay in ao nang. The second night a rat ran across our room in the evening. We went immediately to reception to be told "they had no other rooms and the manager wouldn't be back till 8 am". We got no apology at all. We then couldn't... More

We stopped for a week here and have no complaints about its position its setting or the rooms, they were all good. It just doesn't have any soul or atmosphere, from reception through to the breakfast staff it is just lacking any ambiance. The breakfast selection was poor by Thailand standards with no variety between the days that we were... More

We chose a room away from the pool for privacy. It is on the first floor, thus no need to climb the stair. The balcony is private and nice. It's very relaxing to just sit there whiling the time away with a view of the trees and greenery. The buildings are elevated from the ground and are interconnected with tree... More

We stayed at this resort for 2 nights. The resort is set against the background of beautiful cliff mountains. It has a tropical rain forest theme. The resort is very beautiful. The rooms also have a different and unique style. The room had a very beautiful balcony. The breakfast buffet was also quite decent. The resort location is really great.... More

This friendly resort I visited twice and each time I was excited from both rooms and the beautiful garden with spectacular swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The quality of the breakfast was good. The rooms are beautiful, large and spotlessly clean. Resort is situated near the main street, but here you can not hear the noise... More
