It was really nice hotel but the cleaners are really weird people. They did not clean the rooms properly. Also the staff for taking the luggage not with good manners, as we were 3 persons with 3 luggages and he came to take our staff without a trolley. He broke a wheel of our Samsonite luggage because of that. The... More

We stayed for 5 nights, amazing jungle setting, rooms are large and very clean. We opted for a deluxe pool view room with large balcony overlooking the swimming pool, the noise of the jungle critters is awesome at night but close the door and restful sleep is had, there is a lot of wildlife and colourful butterfly's as expected in... I read all the reviews for this place before booking and it sounded like good facilities but at best OK staff. I ultimately decided to book anyway because they were really reasonable about accommodating a third adult in the room, and most other places were asking close to US$50 extra per night. Our stay was really pleasant. The location is... More

The resort makes a great first impression. The trees create a nice green canopy right at the entrance, and the effect is very charming and welcoming. The deluxe room is very spacious with an attached balcony which overlooks a pond. Unfortunately, things went downhill from here. The staff are not friendly and initially we were given a room with a... More

On arrival , the receptionist was not friendly and welcoming . Despite arriving at 2.10 , we were told that the room was not ready but would take an hour. No apology or a welcome drink was given ( a welcome drink is normal in Thailand) We were told to wait by the swimming pool until the bellboy would come... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the end of our stay in ao nang. The second night a rat ran across our room in the evening. We went immediately to reception to be told "they had no other rooms and the manager wouldn't be back till 8 am". We got no apology at all. We then couldn't... More

We stopped for a week here and have no complaints about its position its setting or the rooms, they were all good. It just doesn't have any soul or atmosphere, from reception through to the breakfast staff it is just lacking any ambiance. The breakfast selection was poor by Thailand standards with no variety between the days that we were... More

We chose a room away from the pool for privacy. It is on the first floor, thus no need to climb the stair. The balcony is private and nice. It's very relaxing to just sit there whiling the time away with a view of the trees and greenery. The buildings are elevated from the ground and are interconnected with tree... More
