We were initially very skeptical about this hotel because we were transferred from Mountain View Hotel to here. We were given a deluxe room touted as an "upgrade". We also found the hotel looking abit weary. However, the slightly worn look somehow grew on us and we slept extremely well. The hotel looks very Thai and should suit those looking... More

We arrived here from the North of Thailand. Hotel we found was good and good situation just off the main road. Nice rooms, clean and very good breakfast. Excellent pool and swim to the bar. Having said this, we would not recommend this area if you want to see what true Thailand is like. Tons of restaurants each with people... More

This hotel is nice for the stay but don't expect a class service from them. I booked this hotel with a good rate. Rooms are spacious and neat. I stayed in deluxe room. Only 1-2 staffs knows little English. They allowed us to check-in early but there is no late check-out option. During our stay there was a electricity blackout... More

We booked a last minute deal through airasia and were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Good sized rooms that were cleaned daily with comfortable beds. We were given fresh beach towels daily, staff are friendly and helpful. Good location easy walk to restaurants and bars. Nice clean pool with a swim up bar.

I particularly enjoy the swimming pool. The location is nice too. Near to restaurants, the souvenirs shops and convenient store. So it's not a problem if you don't prefer hotel food. They have 20% discounts for the hotel spa if you stayed here. The only downside is its lack of staffs, so you need to fetch anything that you asked... More

Price / quality is good. Rooms are little bit dated, there was a foul smell in the bathroom when the fan was turned on. However, this was only for the duration of the first day. The pool / restaurant had a great view over the bay. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially Romel and Cynthia Hermoso. Rommel was... More

Today the name is Anyavee Ao Nang Bay Resort & Spa (no longer a best western), i stayed here for a couple of nights but since the very beginning nothing worked as i was expecting to. Customer care is very poor as it is the structure that is tired and worn. In the beginning i had the first problem. I... More

This is now called Anvee Ao Nang Bay Resort or similar I stayed here for 3 nights as they had a cheap hostel option. The hotel was 1200 baht for low season and 500 for the hostel. They gave me a private hostel room with twin beds and own bathroom. Good for the price but: Terrible damp smell. No curtains... More

Booked the hotel for six nights, left after one sleepless night. The beds are the hardest I've come across since staying in a $10 guest house in Pnomh Penh fifteen years ago. After complaining, we were shown another, more expensive room, but the beds were the same. The manager, who seemed rather embarrassed by the whole ordeal, told us the... More
