The room and staff are friendly, however, there are some points that they need to improve. No toilet paper and/or coffee are refilled. Ask for transfer from hotel to the airport, they called taxi for us, not the vehicle from the hotel. Lots something while stayed in the hotel. The wifi was terrible, on and off all the time.

Simply wow! Best location, good hospitality. We were upgraded to Adora suite on arrival instantly. The rooftop pool is amazing, little dirty due to rainy days, maybe. The sole attraction is natural habitat in midst of the premises. You could see pond full of fishes, great birds frolicking the huge trees, we also sighted a great monitor lizard on one... More

We stayed from 15-18 Jul 15. Pakasai failed to fetch us from the airport despite two confirmations with the latest made a day before our travels. The reception insisted that I did not book car transfer but clamped up with a curt "Sorry." after I showed her the email confirmation from her colleague. No toothpaste was provided so we asked... Stayed in the adora suite. Room was pretty ok, nice outdoor bath. Breakfast was not fantastic but decent. Pool was dirty. Think what is lacking is the soft human touch. Service from staff was patchy, half were sincere and half were rude. Had a bad check in experience too. Really depends on the particular staff who serves you. A little... More

The room had the damp smell when first went in, need to on the AC and the fan and open up the balcony door to get rid of the smell. It's OK after the next day. We stayed for 4 nights. Very nature and quiet as we got the topped floor opposite the pool view just mind the stairs. Wonder... More

The location of the hotel is one of the best things about it, its a 1 minute walk to the strip of bars, restaurants and shops, which carries on to the left for about 2km, but at the same time is quiet and tranquil. However, I found we were underwhelmed with the room (we were told we were upgraded at... More

We stayed here for four nights after a wedding in Tubkaak and I have to say I was a little bit disappointed. After looking at the pictures on the website, the room I believed I booked was not the room we were appointed. It was only after a few days that I realised there were other rooms on a ground... We stayed here during our beach time in thailand. Stayed in the main building on second floor. The resort is very lush- feel like you're in jungles. They brand themselves as eco-resort, they managed all construction around trees. There is restaurant (didn't try), infinity pool on second deck, pool bar.Make sure to try purple cocktail commemorating reigning queen of Thailand. Breakfast... More

Friendly hotel staffs, good location and more than anything else reasonable value for the money. However be aware of room location especially on the uphill side. I booked for two rooms for family and hotel arranged connecting room located near the end of uphill. You may find yourself panting when reaching the room if your room is located at the... More

I checked into Pakasai with a girlfriend in Oct 2014 to kick off my Sisterhood of the Traveling Book campaign. As a traveling author, i wanted a place rich with nature and inspiration to get my brain cells fired up. I wanted to launch my 1st book Epiphany in an exotic tropical island setting, to reflect my personal branding i.e.... More
