Hotel ground is beautifully set up, adopting an eco friendly concept. Room was not yet ready when we arrived just shortly before 2 pm, which is a little disappointing. But the front desk lady was friendly and they did offer free drinks at their lounge while waiting for our room. Getting to the room is an uphill task, literally. Our... More

The resort grounds are well maintained, conveniently located within the town, the staff are professional. It is located on the mountainside so you have to walk up steps. The rooms are dated but comfortable and all basic amenities are provided for (like beach mats). There was a problem with the A/C in our room and the response from the staff... More

I like the hotel, good location, with many restaurants n shopping areas to go. Thank God for the good weather. It was supposed to be raining in the month of July, but the 4 days we were there, it only started to rain on the last day of departure. I like the service staff - very helpful, always trying to... First of all I booked a "superior" room and wasn't impressed with any of it. The shower was very outdated and had mold growing in it. There were tiny bugs crawling all over the room, I expected a few since it's a nature resort but they were all over the desk, the walls, and in the bathroom, it became disgusting.... More

After reading a few, more recent, negative reviews we were a little apprehensive about our forthcoming stay at The Pakasai Resort. On first impression, our Adora Suite room was more basic than the website pictures had led us to imagine and was situated on the third floor of a block and not on the ground floor as we were led... Pakasai is located just behind a tourist mini mart and the resort closest to the main Ao Nang thoroughfare, smack in the middle of the street food vendors and just in front of Umberto's, Hill Top, Lay Lae Grill and Carnivore. Down the road to your left is Blue Mango cafe. it has all the amenities of a resort like... More

This resort is rather outdated but spacious enough for a comfortable stay. It has a nice pool which seem under utilised. I have not seen anyone swimming in it for the 3 days there. As such I had the whole pool to myself, rather relaxing. The room has standard amenities, a kettle and coffee sachets. The breakfast spread is limited.... More

We booked online with incredibly cheap rate, so we didn't expect much about the hotel. From Airport to Hotel we get the shuttle service from hotel, 300 B per person and luckily we were the only 2 guests at that time, sort of private car for us. We only waited for 20 mins after arrived the hotel, they gave us... More

The room and staff are friendly, however, there are some points that they need to improve. No toilet paper and/or coffee are refilled. Ask for transfer from hotel to the airport, they called taxi for us, not the vehicle from the hotel. Lots something while stayed in the hotel. The wifi was terrible, on and off all the time.
