We needed a good hotel to chill out in for just one night, found a great hotel and would happily return. When we arrived, we thought we had the wrong place, as we had secured a great price and this looked way beyond our budget. The reception staff were lovely, great English and even upgraded us. The room was lovely... More

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days as we had booked before travelling and based on the photos and general review it looked okay. Sadly this was not the case. Luckily the staff are very nice, polite and professional. Unfortunately the hotel is outdated, it must have been a remarkable hotel in its time, but those days are long... More

We got a very cheap deal on the web having stayed in Thailand for 3 weeks so far and moved from a 4 star in Kata Beach to two beach front bungalow type places previously the latter having varying degrees of comfort/discomfort but what you expect at the prices. When we looked at the reviews about the Pavillion we were... More

This hotel has some good points and some bad points. Let's start with the good: The location is great, it's a perfect distance from the main strip of Ao Nang far enough away that you can't hear the noise and traffic but only a 5 minute walk if you want to be at the beach. It's located almost next to... More

Huge rooms, amazing balcony with wooden swing seats and great views. Bathroom is huge too but the tiling needs to be updated but I imagine a huge cost hence the reason its not done. And for the fact that the hotel has seen better days is why the rates are cheap. Overall it felt like a "wow , what an... More

We booked 3 nights for few family members and all the rooms are faulty. The staff in hotel was so unfriendly and unhelpful. Telephone not working, sink leaks all over the floor, water leaking fm ceiling onto the bed, safebox cannot unlock, toilet cannot flush, air con having loud noise, dusty and torn curtains, all the rooms are so dim... We are a family of six who booked three deluxe rooms with breakfast thoughPriceline and were very pleased with the rate. We definitely feel that we had a bargain compared with paying the rack rate. Twenty years ago this would have been a five or six star hotel with huge rooms, delightful architecture , three swimming pools and a beautiful... More

We checked in today for 4 nights and as soon as we got to the room we told them to change it to 1 and that was only due to the fact it was 6 pm and we have children. The hotel was probably nice about 20 years ago and if they were not charging us £100 a night it... More

I do not know where to start. The people here have no concept of proper customer service, nor the ability to effectively rectify issues. No room telephone working and no wifi. What rubbish. Massage was delightful though.
