2 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW via mobile

Booked with Priceline and received a good deal, for a 4 star hotel, however this was far from a 4 star hotel. Rooms were very large, however I would have traded space for upkeep. The toilets had black lines as in posted pics, floors were coming undone, everything in the room was poorly maintained. The main entrance was beautiful and staff... More

The best part of this hotel is the front office staff. The location is good but it is very dated and in bad shape. I would not recommend it as 4 star property, not even 3 star because of the lack of serious maintenance. Even though Wifi is available, it was not accessible from our room.

First we entered the room, We were so surprised with a very large bathroom...and of course spacious room for two people like us. Complete necessities and free wifi..the price is affordable...only one thing we unsatisfied with is the swimming pool. 2 adults swimming pool are too deep for us...but is not a major problem, we still can play in kid's... My gf and I stayed here a couple weeks ago and have nothing bad to say about the place. As the other review mention, it's a little dated and very much not "in the scene". That being said, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and it's only a 5-7min walk from the main drag/beach. If you get it for... More

Three minutes away from the beach, Pavilion Queen's Bay would be the perfect getaway for you if you are looking for some place, quiet and beautiful. The wood work of the grand lobby and the Thai statues will give you a feeling of the ancient times if you want to travel backwards through time. The three storied swimming pool acts... More

We book this hotel on priceline for 20$ usd a night. A really good value for the price. The hotel is not new but really clean and close to the main street. A free shuttle is also available at the hotel. Free wifi available in lobby only.

The staff at this hotel were really great and it has the makings of a really good hotel. It was Probably amazing 10 years ago but now it's a little run down. The rooms are huge with sea views and huge balconies but let down by quite old bathrooms. Nothing worked when we got there, the TV, the phone, the... More

We check in for two days but when we get in the room we ask directly for checking out. Too old, and every inside very old paper. Toilette disaster not clean like a old station in the road 66 as same as in the movie, and the floor moving on each steps that's scary!

Our stay at the Pavillion was lovely & memorable from the minute we arrived to the hotel. We organized for a shuttle thru the hotel which charged us 700 baht (which is the normal price)..n was picked up by a friendly n kind driver. My husband and I were presented with a spacious and romantic looking room with a big... More

Old but classy . Big rooms with big balconies . Needs refurbish , but it is what it is . Very nice breakfast on top floor overlooking the beach and mountains . Nice pool area . A real bargain in the off season . Been here two times and enjoyed both stays . Nice staff as well .
