As a lot of the reviews suggest, the rooms and hotel itself is quite old and are in need of considerable repair. In our room alone, the air con was leaking, the shower drain was blocked, you've got door frames missing and wall plugs visible, the hair dryer was (not) held together by duct tape. The furniture is old wooden... More

This is a fairly large hotel with a traditional feel and old charm from the 80s. Sure there are ants and insects around but hey, you're in the tropics! Worth every penny. Love the balcony with the large swing chair. Good breakfast spread with attentive workers and meals at the hotel is cheaper then the restaurants down the street.

This is a nice hotel. This hotel has a nice traditional feel. They can pick you up at the Krabi Airport and bring you there for a small charge. The staff is Excellent. They are very helpful in setting up activities and reservations at local restaurants. The rooms are huge and they have very large balconies. This hotel is at... More

The rooms that i got was huge with an awesome sea view. As its on a (tiny) hill, I reckon they are one of the few hotels there that can offer you such a view. The only setback about the place i would would be its location. but renting a scooter would solve the problem. Not the best place I... More

This hotel was incredibly overpriced for what we received. The rooms were tired and dirty and I wouldn't have given it 2 stars lets alone the 4 it is meant to have achieved. The staff were friendly but the breakfast was awful and overpriced. Not worth it and wouldn't recommend.

Friendly and welcoming check in. Excellent room, plenty of space to spread out, huge balcony and great sea view. Great location 10 minute walk to beach and nightlife, although there was plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarket much closer.

I hate to say that the hotel was dirty, I really wanted to like this hotel. The lobby was beautiful, but once we got to the room we thought that there were blood stains on the wall (I hope it was just wood stain..I hope..) The beds were very hard and there were these little bugs everywhere in the room.... More

We needed a good hotel to chill out in for just one night, found a great hotel and would happily return. When we arrived, we thought we had the wrong place, as we had secured a great price and this looked way beyond our budget. The reception staff were lovely, great English and even upgraded us. The room was lovely... More

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days as we had booked before travelling and based on the photos and general review it looked okay. Sadly this was not the case. Luckily the staff are very nice, polite and professional. Unfortunately the hotel is outdated, it must have been a remarkable hotel in its time, but those days are long... More

We got a very cheap deal on the web having stayed in Thailand for 3 weeks so far and moved from a 4 star in Kata Beach to two beach front bungalow type places previously the latter having varying degrees of comfort/discomfort but what you expect at the prices. When we looked at the reviews about the Pavillion we were... More
