Stayed for 12 days, a group of 6 people, took a Deluxe room and 2 bungalows. Gonna cut straight to the point. + Friendly staff. Met us with a cup of juice until we waited for the papers to be done. If you need to arrange anything, at the reception ask the girl (don't remember the name) with braces. +... More

We stayed at this hotel from 3rd of March until 15th. Hotel is in a very good location, 5min to the beach and 2min to all shops. When we came there was a welcome drink, after they provided us 3 rooms, 2 of them were bungalows and 1 deluxe room. Bungalows were quit close to the reception, but Wifi does... More

Nice hotel, we stayed in a delux room. Clean and okey room. Beds were terrible though. Old and broken, should be replaced at once! Breakfast had great selection pf asian food, but for us european it was poor. I would recomend you to stay without breakfast. Service was great, location great.

We stayed for three nights in one of the hotel's new rooms, which I understand to be much better than the older and often mold filled bungalows. Despite this, it was a pretty poor experience overall. Do not stay here unless you have to do so. Following is a more detailed review. Pros and Cons First, to be fair, the... More

Set on the main road on the high side going up the hill it is a bit of a walk from the road uphill and then it is a further uphill walk from reception. This can be very painful on a hot day. The pool had no shade and the water was the same as the outside temperature, 38c.

Mara and camille where very helpful and spoke great English, they where very good at making cocktails and entertaining the customers with fun conversation. Unfortunately there was an awful smell by the breakfast side, but the bungalows where lovely set back in the gardens with free buggy lifts around the resort, tv mini bar and good Aircon and great security,... We really liked the Krabi Tipa Resort. This was the first hotel we stayed at on our Thailand trip (other than a couple nights in Bangkok). We stayed here for six nights. The resort is large and on nice grounds! Lots of mosquitos in Ao Nang, so bring repellant, there are lots at Tipa resort. We stayed in one of... More

Well this is by far the worst five star I have every stayed at. This hotel was dirty, smelly, full of mosquitos, dirty sheets, smelly towels, uncomfortable bed. I am so shocked that this hotel can be called a four star. No wifi, antique tv' with poor signal. Mangers simply do not care about guests. Clear the owners has got... More

Where to start... We checked in on the 9th of January. We booked a bungalow. After see the bungalow. It was dirty and smelled. The first warning sign was the smell and the TV which was an old CRT TV that should be in a museum. We decided to pay extra for an upgrade to a teak bungalow. BIG MISTAKE.!!!... More

We had a fantastic stay at krabi tipa resort. The staff were so helpful and kind, doing all they could to make our stay lovely (even tho we were on a heavily discounted agoda rate rather than direct) including softer pillows and a room upgrade. We initially booked a bungalow in the rear gardens and we liked the room and... More
