The pictures of those quaint log-cottages are absolutely true and for real!! The ambience is picturesque... quiet & cosy!! The resort is beautifully posed against a gorgeous cliff which overlooks the swimming pool. I never imagined that a Swiss- Chalet concept would be so beautifully re-created in tropical lush style. The staff is extremely helpful & courteous. The rooms are... More

The location is quite secluded which was perfect for our relaxing part of our holiday. We hired a scooter from reception which works out cheaper than getting the tuktuk all the time but the hotel is only about 10 mins walk from the centre. The rooms were amazing. Sitting out on the balcony at night (covered in Mozzie repellent) was... More

This is the closest to Paradise I have ever been. Upon us first arriving at the hotel (at 10pm) the hotel appeared a little off the beaten track however realistically it's only about 10 mins walk. We hired a scooter which helped. The rooms were beautiful. Breakfast was amazing and the pool area was so relaxing. I would go back... More

Had to leave 2 days early, and couldn't even get my money back through Agoda.com whom we booked through. At first glance, this place seems like JUST the kind of spots I love in Thailand. I've traveled through Thailand 12 times, and this hotel has been my worst experience. The main problem was we did NOT have any running water... More

the place looked nice and the rooms were really pretty. However, they are filled with Mosquitos as I woke up every morning with bites. The service had been terrible with the front desk when our room lost power and they spent 20 min moving us to another room while we still had to keep the original room. We spent 2... More

Sometimes I feel frustrated by TripAdvisor for not authorizing half points. That's typically between 3 and 4 to me. The pluses : Good quiet location with a view on the majestic limestone cliffs, nice rooms, good price (we paid 1600thb per room), good smallish pool with jacuzzi and small kiddie pool. The minuses : breakfast is way below average, and... More

Quaint little resort. A 10 minute shuttle drive away from the main aonang beach and hence no hustle bustle of the street around. shuttle services run every hour but last shuttle at 10 pm back to d hotel so plan accordingly. Rooms are clean and childproof too except the small enclosure which has a sudden change in the floor level.... More

I stayed here for 4 nights and had a large comfy clean bed with adequate shower bathroom. I had, despite what another reviewer said, 2 free bottles of water in my room daily. The wifi worked as did the Tv. Yes there is construction going on next door and is far from being finished but work does stop early evening... More

Pros: -The hotel has small villas structured as bungalows, in a remote - but quiet location. There is a nice view towards the mountains and there are a lot of plants between the bungalows, which create a bit of a "jungle" impression:) -Facilities are good (it has a pool - but spa & gym are very basic), and clean. -Good... We stayed here for three nights during January 2015. I had read some reviews and seen some video clips about the construction next door, but assumed, incorrectly, that it would be all done by the time we arrived. Boy was I wrong! There is a massive concrete monstrosity being build next door. Based on the size of the shell, I'd... More
