Bad Points - Very poor mangement : We checked in at 5:00 PM and staff bring us to the room but the room is not ready for us + we try to book a spa room but it's full all day + we want to get our white wine specified in our package, they said we have to wait, they... More

Booked this place because it was the least expensive 4 star hotel in Krabi. LOCATION: Inland, not convenient to Ao Nang, you will need a car or bike. GROUNDS: Islam area, sparse construction feels like the Middle East. AMENITIES: Ok gym, but hot as the desert. Internet doesn't work anywhere except the lobby, you will need your own computer. Nice... More

My wife and I spent two nights in this hotel... April 24th & 25th, 2014. It was a most unpleasant experience. Check in and out were difficult, our bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor, the restaurant food was horrible and you had to fight the flies for your food, we were on the 8th floor... I dont usually give bad reviews, but had to warn people that if youve booked a normal double room, you wont see anything like the photos that are posted here. You will live in an horrible looking block of flats (Ive attached a photo) that will have awful sewage smell. Sure the room inside looks decent, but the pool that... More

Hi I have stayed at this resort a couple of times, when it first opened it was lovely, clean and friendly helpful staff. Second time was not so well maintained and the staff were rude and the head of house keeping needed the sack. However, I have just come back from a 2 week stay and it has improved again,... More

Contrary to the other negative reviews, I am giving Mandawee a "Very Good" rating because I had a fabulous time in Krabi (with the help of the staff) and in the 3-bedroom pool villa. The villa is great, not dirty or infested with any kind of insects. Overall design of villa is a beautiful representation of Thailand's culture and exude... More

We stayed here for two nights in a Villa. At first glance it appeared quite spacious and traditional inside however on closer inspection it became very obvious that there is very little attention given to maintainence, cleaning and customer service at this hotel. The cupboards in the kitchen had a thick layer of dust and dead bugs on the shelves... More

The buildings and grounds are quite nice and the rooms about average for a mid-range tourist oriented hotel. My mental picture of a resort includes lots of activities, a beach and lots of people. The beach is a long way off, the activities are mostly tour bookings to go somewhere else, and for such a large facility there seemed to... More

Don’t ever get fooled by the Pic. My Friends and I went there via Deal.com. And we regret it. It is not like what you see in the pic. That very same picture is now, full of dirt and pest. The room toilet was WAY TOO FILTHY! I had to wear slippers to the toilet. Disgusting! The so called Resort... More
