As this was first time to Thailand we did not really know what to expect so we where a bit nervous about what will happen. Or trip started with 3 nights at Sabai Resort. This turned out to be a really good start of our vacation. * Nice and relaxing pool and surroundings. * Friendly staff * Multiple choices of... More

Great location - very close to the beach and a bit more far from the center. Bungalows surrounded by a garden. Very friendly and cheerful owners. In the Sabai Resort we spent 10 days and we wished we could have stayed longer. The perfect place for those who want peace and quiet. The Beach is 1 minute walk from resort... More

I have been procrastinating on writing this review. We had a great time at the Sabai resort. But the customer service is hugely lacking and negatively impacts what could be a hidden gem... Pros: - Great value for money. - The bungalows are efficiently furnished and lack nothing (comfortable beds, space to store clothes, nice veranda...) - The swimming pool... More

We stayed at Sabai resort for 6 nights and found it a wonderful place as a base for exploring this spectacular area. The service was great with clean, comfortable and private rooms, reasonably priced motor scooter hire which allowed us to explore at our leisure and in my opinion it is the best location around - away from the hustle... A 2 minute walk from the main street you'll find Sabai Resort. Not a big place. I guess a dozen of bungalows. But hard to tell because all of them are in a bautifull lush garden. There is a nice clean swimmingpool. The atmosphere is laid back. No one is loud except for a good laugh! The rooms are Thai... More

We recently stayed a couple of nights at Sabai Resort. Overall, the hotel is good value for money. The main concern about this place is its management team, and the way the take care of their guests. The hotel is Italian run, and we felt that the 3 managers were not really friendly unless your are Italian. It seems that... More

The hotel was good for the fair price. Bungalow looks nice from the outside, and quite "used" from the inside. The room is small, just as the bathroom. Negative: the bed was awful, fan wasn't properly working. Positive: good food, a quiet place, 2 min away from the sea, staff is friendly and helpful.

Sabai Resort may not be most conveniently located in Ao Nang yet, it is well worth the $2.00 cab ride. The resort is located off the main street thus allowing to hear the night call of frogs and cicadas yet, close enough to the beach not making it a hassle to go for a swim. The several bungalow style rooms... More

I cannot comment to this establishment since I never visited it but I can add my personal experience which might be useful to someone. I booked 4 nights at this resort and I emailed them to give me directions by bus. The owner (Maurizio) responded with an unbelievable answer: "I cannot help you since I always use a taxi -... More
