My wife and I were visiting friends in Harmston and found this B&B to be just the job. Very clean rooms and friendly couple who run the establishment. Thanks for great stay.

We were very pleased with our stay at Carnforth. Very friendly, comfortable room and good breakfast. Easy and quick to get to Lincoln itself and ideal for our visit to Whisby Nature Park. Would definitely recommend and will return.

We have just spent 3 nights here and were very impressed. The ever cheerful Christine and Howard with his Yorkshire charm are great hosts and very helpful. The accomadation is clean and comfortable and the location ideal for exploring Lincolnshire. We also felt it was extremely good value for money. We will be back

Excellent accommodation, very clean and comfortable, all the facilities necessary are provided for guests. Christine and Howard are very friendly, excellent Host and Hostess. Scrummy breakfasts, cooked by Howard. Everything is done to give guests a relaxed, comfortable stay. We will certainly stay there again, when in the area.
