This was booked as a refuge from the airport whilst we were waiting for a connecting flight to the Maldives. Arriving at 4am we went straight to bed. The room was comfortable enough and we slept well for some hours. Breakfast was included and we took this by the outside swimming pool. A very basic breakfast. The whole hotel is... More

The hotel is located near the airport, so that is the reason we stayed here. So hotel is expensive, we paid 7200 rupees for standard room!! The hotel looks very beautiful and impressive from outside, but do not let them to foll you - the inside is just bad. The rooms are not clean and the bathroom is just terrible.... More

We arrived in Colombo late at night and wanted to travel down the coast to Unawatuna during daylight. The hotel is well located and the communal areas are nice. Just be preapred for the smell which hits you as your room door opens. A Lumpy thin mattress and pillows added to the 'ambience' of the room. Do yourself a favour... More

We had a few hours to kill before our flight so we went to the restaurant at this hotel for dinner. We had to wait for 20 mins for someone to come and take our order. 45 mins later we had to prompt the waiters to check if our food was ready. We felt rude interrupting their highly intense conversation.... More

We arrived in Colombo late on a Friday night, and didn't fancy travelling down the coast to Unawatuna during the night. I'd bumped into a cricket travelling pal at the airport who informed me he was stopping at the Full Moon Garden with some other friends of ours. So me and my girlfriend booked a room for the night. The... More

We booked this hotel for our arrival into Sri Lanka because of it's close proximity to the airport. We arrived at 3:30 am with a guaranteed reservation. The overnite clerk did his best but our room 402 had been given to someone else. We spent the first nite in a room with one bed, not two as requested and a... More

This hotel was cheap and was booked purely to be close to the airport before I departed early the next morning. The staff were friendly and the pool, dining area was presentable. Also they had free wifi. The food was OK and a good price. But the rooms were poor. My room wasn't very clean. The bedsheets were marked (I... More

We stayed less than 24 hours and managed to get food poisoning from the restaurant (raw chicken) AND to get all our bags and shoes soaking wet from a water leak in the roof. The standards were shockingly low, the rooms dark and uncomfortable, the pool looked like a death trap with bare wires hanging around near the water. We... More

We booked the Full Moon for it's proximity to the airport as we had an early check in for our flight. We booked and paid for a Deluxe room via Agoda (who are normally reliable) but when we arrived we were shown into a shabby, dingy room next to the pool changing rooms. The furniture was filthy and damaged (apparently... More
