Recently stayed here for 2 nights and was very impressed. Mike and Lynne were very friendly, made sure everything was going well and helped with any small issues that came up. Facility was charming and very clean, bathroom was wonderful, bedroom large with everything you would need and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was served in the lounge and was very... More

A cracking 3 days spent at Heath Lodge during half term. Mike and Lynne were lovely hosts and we felt very much at home. Super bedroom, very spacious bathroom and a real comfy lounge. The front door opens to outstanding views of the Tamar valley and Dartmoor beyond. Ideally situated for exploring the Tamar Valley (don't miss Cotehele gardens and... More

A lovely couple of days were spent at Heath Lodge during the half term holidays with my partner and her daughter. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts Lynne and Mike. They even created a 'triple room' to accommodate us in one room. The room was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. We had the use... More

Reviewers have said 'nothing's too much trouble' for the owners and this was true as Mike and Lynn made us feel very welcome right from the start. We would have put on weight if we had eaten all that was offered for breakfast which was beautifully cooked (Yum,Yum). The rooms are clean and have a tasteful, homely décor. There was... More

We have stayed at other places in Gunnislake but from now on will stay at Heath Lodge B&B. It was great value for money. Comfy bed, easy parking, yummy breakfast and friendly. Have already recommended it to family and friends. Oh and the shower was brilliant. Relaxing and beautiful views.

Thanks for a fantastic holiday. We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The bedrooms have been beautifully furnished in keeping with the grade II listing of this building and it is full of olde worlde charm and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were fantastic and the views over the Tamar valley are amazing. We loved... More

Mike and Lynne Chart are very special people for whom nothing was too much trouble. They provided a relaxed atmosphere in a great setting with views over the Tamar valley. I stayed with my friend and the dog in a lovely large cool room even though we stayed on the hottest days of the year so far. We were also... More
