We stayed at the hotel for two nights. First of all I would like to say that the staff were very polite and welcoming. The downside was the dirty state of the room. The main living area was clean enough, but when you started to look at the skirting boards and places like behind the toilet it was bad.The windowsills... More

We spent one night here on Valentine's day and found the place charming and unique. Check in was a breeze, with friendly staff that offered information about the local shops and local attractions. The night porter was particularly efficient, and dealt with any queries. Coming from Salford, we found the location to be quite convenient as it only took us... More

A group of us stayed at the Rhinewood for four nights while we were working at the Tattoo Tea Party in Manchester. We arrived after a long journey and the lovely Sally was very welcoming and accommodating. We felt at home straight away. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and even told... More

I've stayed in this hotel a few times before and I've always had a good nights sleep. This time I was in the room closest to the railway line as possible, the trains were loud when they went past but they weren't that often and it didn't bother me when trying to sleep nor did it wake me up when... I was working In a local business park so stayed here due to its location. I arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a lovely receptionist. She was really friendly and gave me some directions to a local village for shops, ATMs ect. I had my evening meal in the bar shame the restaurant wasn't open however the food... More

All the staff were very welcoming and helped us with all our enquires about anything we needed. Breakfast was really nice and they delivered to the room. 4 poster bed was a bit squeaky though. Would stay again.

Me and my girlfriend stayed for NYE after booking on lastminute.com. We had a very pleasant stay. Comfortable room. Friendly service. Nice room with four poster bed. Had a reasonable breakfast. It wasn't the best stay we've ever had in a hotel but it more than did the job for us. Thank you

Ticked all the boxes pretty well, staff most friendly and cheerful. Breakfast a bit short for veggies but still plenty. Half the cost of Holiday Inn two weeks before and the wifi is free. What's not to like!
