sadly, we spent only 2 days at this hotel ... I could easily have done a wk ... restaurant, a 5* with a fine wine selection ... and professional service staff ... the location is serene, with ambience and space ... a time to relax and reflect ... very close to Quebec centro ... an easy drive ... additionally, several... Without exaggeration, our family felt honored to be with the Huron-Wendat people during our stay in Wendake. Theirs is an amazing story of oppression, struggle, and more recently victory and resurgence. This hotel is surely one of their Crown Jewels and exactly the type of cultural experience we wanted for our young daughters to help them appreciate the fact that... More

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Great location so you can easily walk to stores, restaurants, trails. The personnel was very friendly and courteous. We had a room with a door which opened to outside which made it convenient to go outside with our golden retriever. The room was quite large and the bathroom was huge. Fridge in... More

This has to be one of the best hotel experiences I have had. From the reception through to the bedrooms, the bar, the restaurant it's beautifully designed and appointed, spotlessly clean, and has a calm, relaxing ambience. All bedrooms face the river with great views to the rushing water below. We had room 109 with excellent ensuite facilities, great free... More

My wife and I came to this hotel with a package after staying at the Ice Hotel. We really enjoyed it. The lobby area in particular is very relaxing with the wood fire burning in the middle and the fur covered comfy chairs. The wooden building looks appealing, it is just a great place to have some quiet with nice... More

Management response:

Kwe Gary, We are very happy to know that you and your wife had a pleasant stay at our hotel. (And it's always relaxing to sit by a warm fire, especially after spending a night in a hotel made of ice and snow!) If you liked the gastronomy of the Huron-Wendat Nation, come see us again and discover our brand... More

My boyfriend decided to book a last minute trip for our anniversary on February 11, 2014. It was a hotel de glace and hotel musee combo pack. We drove from Ottawa to Quebec City for our "special" night. When we arrived it had turned out that the agency we ordered it through booked us for March not February. (The French... More

In Québec City, just a few minute from downtown, you will reach a close contact with mother nature when staying at the Premiere Nation Hotel. It's a luxe hotel with all the facility, on the side of the lorette river that you could observe from your patio door in each room. You seem to be in the midle of the... More

Amazing ambience, very warm and cozy interior, these guys have really though out of the box in terms of luxury, ambience, comfort, service - you name it. The real thing is equal to or better than pictures on the web. Just in case you consider it to be somewhat expensive, the price is actually quite reasonable for the experience you... More

It was a pretty spontaneous two-nights getaway for us and overall we enjoyed the experience. The hotel exterior & interior were pretty exotic and genuine. The room was very clean and the decor followed the atmosphere of the hotel. We got two dinners, a brunch and a breakfast included in our package and I can describe the cuisine with one... More

Kwe! The night in the longhouse is a unique experience indeed! We are really happy that you enjoyed Okia’s legends and songs. We shall, of course, inform her of your appreciation, as well as our staff at restaurant La Traite. We are very sorry to learn that your package information was not clear enough right from the start. It was a lot of fun. The restaurant served some interesting food: I had Elk carpaccio, Red deer meat and seal meat. The most tasty was the seal. Normally I eat very little meat. This was a treat. The decor of the building was unusual but authentic . I have never come close to see the fur of the wolf and... More

Kwe! What a pleasure it is to see that you enjoyed your stay! Music is indeed a great introduction to the Huron-Wendat culture. We are really proud you enjoyed it.
