This is the worst hotel I had ever stayed in my life. I walked and book for the so called "Deluxe" room for RM180/night.The room is lack of maintenance. I m wondering whether the bed sheet is changed daily. I feel itchy while I was trying to sleep at night and I totally can't fall asleep after I found out... More

Good location in central tanah rata but small room with no fridge or air con and the tv screen continually rolled and was fuzzy. No breakfast included. Nice basic room in a hotel with a lift but very over priced in comparison to other hotels.

Positive side: Clean room Negative side: Lousy location, unfriendly staff, overpriced for a small room (RM 180), unstable bed is disappointing, NO HOT SHOWER, room overlooking at the back of the premise, not suitable for family, Would not suggest to anyone.

Stayed there for one night and would never come back. Checked hotels in Tanah Rata and this one seemed to be ok so we did not even check the room before we paid. At the reception they have a notice that only 50% will be refunded if you are not happy with the room after you already paid. I guess... More

Staff are the same ones from morning till night looking very tired n worn out. Manager or the owner talking very loudly at lobby area ignoring guest shows no respect for paying guest. Keep screaming on top of her voice calling for the staff when the poor receptionist are busy with checking us. Room were clean but the toilet looks... More

Very centrally located which means you can easily walk to anywhere in the friendly city of Tanah Rata. The big drawback is the traffic noise from the street, especially since one of our bedroom windows did not close properly. Showers were great (good pressure and very hot water), rooms clean and beds warm and comfortable. Price expensive though, which does... More

We stayed at Planter's Inn while on holiday in the Cameron Highlands. Upon check-in, the female receptionist was friendly and informative. We entered our room briefly that afternoon to drop off our baggage and quickly left to explore the town for what was left of that day. When we returned to the hotel around 11pm, we were in for a...
