Nothing to complaint for the service. The room is so small with low ceiling with cheap small furniture. Breakfast is better than average for 3 star establishment, with selections of Indonesian food and pastries included. Santika BSD has very small rooms and very small bathroom. Good for business as it's a budget hotel. But not recommended for a vacation. Also location of the hotel is not very convenient. Considering the traffic in Jakarta, this is a big negative.
