2 night business stay, room was small although clean, basic facilities. Shower took ages for the water to get hot, could've made a cup of tea while waiting. Got more frustrating when on the second morning I heard an instant power shower in the room next door. Walls are thin, I could hear a phone vibrating next door also. Evening... More

Had a nice stay (1 night) Asked for a room with a bath and was given one with no issues. Dinner was very tasty and a good price. A random choice of stay as was in between where I was working. Will stay there again if up that way.

First meal out for my wife and I since having our first child and since we have been here quite a few times before we thought it would be a good shout. In recent times we have found the food to be a high standard and the price reasonable especially the Sunday carvery. On this occasion we both had three... More

Wanted to share my thoughts on this hotel, stayed here for 1 night last May, almost 12 months on and I can still remember how much I enjoyed myself here, the place is lovely, my room was cosy, the food was superb and the staff were incredibly friendly. Would love to come back here and stay again, longer next time... More

Had a lovely meal last Saturday. Food quality excellent and the Posh Fish and Chips was lovely, although real chips would have been better than the frozen ones. Still it was very tasty. The supper menu is reasonable but the dinner menu is quite pricey so I would only pay this for a special occasion.

Had carvery lunch today - superb food, cheery and efficient staff, lovely dining area and good value for money. You can go up more than once, but I bet you don't as you will be stuffed. You can have one course or three courses and they also do a high tea.

I have stayed here on numerous occassions whilst on business. The rooms are large, clean and always well maintained. The food is very good and value for the money. The staff are always very attentive and can not do enough for you. If there is one small drawback, it would be that the wifi cannot always be accessed in the... More

First up I must say that by cocking my booking up we didn't get off to a great start. I had to camp out at a friends house who luckily didnt live too far away for the first night of a 2 day booking. The staff were excellent and I couldn't fault the service they provided. My room was via... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and used it as a base whilst we explored our Family History in the area. The welcome was good and the room was great - a lovely big bed and everything we needed. We slept really well. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was... More

My friend and I stayed here for one night when walking the Moray Coastal Trail. I have never experienced customer service like this, nothing was too much trouble, (including arranging a taxi to pick us up at end end of the walk, arranging a taxi to take us back to the start of our walk rage following day, arranging for...
