We stayed overnight on a weeknight while exploring the interior of the island. This is a big place with extensive well maintained grounds and thirty something units. Would be perfect for a large family gathering. We were in a studio room which came with coffeemaker microwave and small fridge. Room was very clean. Small porch with chairs and hammock. We... More

The space is appropriate, has a small refrigerator and microwave. There is no sofabed, but a metal tube futon, very uncomfortable. The masterbed is very uncomfortable, too. It has a moldy odor. The place is noisy until 3 AM. There are stray dogs that will wake you during the night. The view is beautiful and the staff is nice. They... More

Went with my parents, sister and my 6 month old niece. We wanted to eat at La Terraza but my niece couldn't stay in the open and there were smokers in the area. So we decided to stay indoors. Unfortunately they declined to offer a reasonable deal so everyone could be happy. They wanted to charge us $3 per each... More

Thank for your review Mesón Gastronómico Restaurant Las Garzas and La Terraza by River Cantina are both in Parador Villas Sotomayor facilities but the owners are not the same, and operate in a different manner. Both have the same goals; service and quality, but the concept, the menu and the rules are very different. We always make our best to... More

This is my fifth time staying at this hotel. If you want a nice, peaceful out of the big city contamination, this is the place to go. It has no big luxury let's make it clear but I love this place. Weather is great cool you can go to the "Hamaca" with a glass of wine with your wife and... More

We stayed in one of the bungalow at Villa Sotomayor. The rooms are of good size, airconditioned, modern tv/cable, microwave, refridgerator and nice size bathroom. The great thing about this place is that it's in the mountains, you can take a nice hike, see their farm animals in the back and they grow all kinds of fruit and vegetables. I... More

When my brother passed away a friend invited me here to relax, best gift ever. It's a great place to get away from everything. The food was delicious, the service was excellent very courteous service at all time. The rooms where clean and comfortable. I have nothing to complain about. If you are looking for a no-thrills stay with clean rooms and hot water, this is the place. From here you can explore all the nice things you can see around Adjuntas, Villalba, etc. The place has been in business for many years. We didn't use their dining facilities, so I can't comment on this.

The food from the restaurant was greasy, oily and the soups they offered of plantain and yautia were horrendous the plantain soup was broth and oil the yautia soup mostly cornstarch. The location is lovely, but find another place to eat!!!

Thanks for your review, we hope you can give us a second chance to try our restaurant. We use the best ingredients in all our recipes, most of our produce are grown in our estate “Finca Hacienda Don Jun”, that ensure freshness. We never use cornstarch in the preparation of the food, yautia is a very starchy root, that’s what... More

Used the hotel for a family mountain retreat and was great, clean rooms and clean areas. Private villages makes great family experience. Personnel was very friendly and polite. There are lots of natural and cultural places close by to visit.
