We stayed here last week and had a gorgeous time. The cottages are spotlessly clean, decorated fantastically and have everything you need and more. The extra touches such as games, DVDs, books, binoculars, children's guide to farm and a great play area are lovely. The location is peaceful with the most amazing views and all the main attractions nearby. I... More

What a gem! We stayed at North Farm Cottages for a long weekend, we are a family of four with two energetic children (aged 5 & 3). What a fabulous weekend we had. The cottage was beautiful (we stayed in Homestead), finished to the highest standard with oak floor throughout and fixtures and fittings to match. Our view was of... More

Large family get together where we booked Granary Stone House, Long Cart, Low Croft and High Hemmel House. We were all so impressed with the accommodation, lovely attention to detail, well equipped and friendly and helpful staff. We had a great time and particularly enjoyed the hot tub, children's play area, Duck pond and nice walks down to the beach.... More

Stayed in high Hemmel for a week. Location is what you would expect for this rural area, few shops and pubs which are enough to get by. high hemmel does get traffic past it but hardly a problem. Cottage is well renovated and finished to a very high standard throughout. Bedrooms well equipped with lamps and tv's and good bedding.... More

We've stayed twice at North Farm Cottages, firstly at the large Granery Stone House and recently at High Hemmel House. Firstly the location is excellent. The area is one of our favourite to visit. From the cottages its a beautiful walk across the fields, over the dunes to the beach the along to either Newton, Embleton or as far along... More

We have stayed in Stabl D'or, Lowcroft and High Hemmel and each is of an exceptionally high standard! Immaculately clean, comfortable seating and bedsto aid much needed relaxation. Plenty cupboard space and hangers for clothes and kitchen storage. There are added luxuries with fluffy dressing gowns in the master suites, hand soap and shampoos and shower gels in all the... We stayed at Granary Stone House the first weekend of February 2015. Having a large group of 10 people, we wanted somewhere that would fit us all comfortably under one roof, and Granary Stone House did just that. In fact, it exceeded our expectations, not only in size but in the finer details, providing us with premium bathroom and kitchen... More

We are a large group of family and friends who have used about 4 cottages for the New Year break for several years now.We keep returning because of the high standard of the accommodation and the flexibility to accommodate our wide range of requirements; children, adults and the occasional pet. The cottages are very modern and therefore of good standard... More

This was our third stay at North Farm and we had another great stay. The cottages are very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The setting and the views are spectacular. We have stayed at Stable d'Or once and High Hemmel House twice. Embleton beach is one of the best beaches we have ever been to and has it's own microclimate.... More

As is the usual we had another lovely stay. We were in the 'Retreat' again and it's lovely and comfy. A different suite in the sitting room,no arguing who was going to lay on the shortest ( I am the shortest of the two of us ) settee. Although I did recline mine and did'nt want to get back up....
